warm and welcoming greeting at reception, where we also took a useful paper map for our activities on Philip island on the day. room also had a booklet with good visiting info. great wifi, had a smooth zoom video call. weather was a bit chilly the night we stayed, so the consistent hot water supply was well appreciated. great location for visiting Philip island, saw the penguins and came back to the comfortable room very easily. Some parts of the room and the design shows some age but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

as expected slightly noisy but hey it’s a convenient motel because of its location right at the main road. Might just help if the door to the room could have been without the small gap/edge so it can be shut in a more of a ‘sealed’ manner.

It was very clean and tidy. Shower was excellent. Very nice people very warm and welcoming. One of the best places I have stayed. We will be back walking distance to town.

Everything The motel was clean and safe. Very large comfortable room. Bed was lovely, sheets great. Family of 4 could sleep in the room as there was also a bunk bed. Room had all the usual features. Just up the road were shops and places to by breakfast or lunch stuff.

A safe would have been a good extra item
