Location was great.and cooked breakfast to order. . Had an outside parking spot for our motorcycle , visible from our room.

No air conditioning, we must have picked the wrong time as it was very hot and humid and even with the windows open and fan at full on, we found sleeping very difficult.

Great location!!! Large spaces and great kitchen. Friendly staff and everything we needed including extra towels were in the room. Very comfortable beds and pillows except the extra one for the fifth person.

Hard to check in-confusing where to go. Was told to go to restaurant but the closest restaurant to building pictured online wasn’t the right one. Street noise in one of the bedrooms-understandable because it’s in the Main Street with restaurants and bars. Maybe provide a fan to drown it out. Expensive parking but room was good price.

Location was good, however very hard to get into with a car!

You had to checkin at a different location, the staff was very rude. Parking was outrageous, walk across the street for breakfast. Saw a elderly man fall on the stairs, they didn't care where they assigned your room young or elderly. Room was not clean, found food in my night stand. Wifi was the worse, told them and I was told it hadn't been working right for months.

Getting the check in was a little difficult, especially as you walk into a restaurant to do so and there is no bar as such were you can just ask. We had to find a waiter to get some help. With that being said, once we found the responsible person - it all went smoothly and we quickly got our key. The bed was really comfortable and location couldn't have been better.

We could not get any closer to the Bamberger Dom than this hotel, absolutely fabulous location. The restaurant across the street serves a proper dinner as well as smoked beer! When we stayed there, the hotel did not serve breakfast so we went to the local bakery around the corner which we would not have wanted to miss for the life of it! We strolled a bit around the Dom and old town square before we continued our journey. Must go there again!

Parking space was not available so we had to park in the street and get up early to start paying at the machine.

The hotel is located on a street with many pubs and restaurants, and we were only made aware of the potential noise during the nights mere days before check-in. They do place earplugs on your pillow for you. The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress on our bed had been laid through.

Very spacious apartment! Plenty of room for four adults to spread out. Right in the heart of the historic center. When there was a problem with the hot water, Marco came almost immediately to take care of it.

As others have said, it can be very noisy at night. No fault of the apartment-that's just how it is in the center of a lively area at night. We managed to sleep well anyway; it was cool and rainy so we kept the windows closed.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. At the height of the heatwave they had considered the impact and the curtains were drawn and the room was cool as a consequence

Having booked a ground floor room and checked for Elevators etc. we were surprised to discover stairs to breakfast which can cause issues for me other half

Wonderful location in heart of the Altstadt, loved the contemporary architecture. Crisp, clean bedding and room. The view from my room.

Accessing the reception check-in was a mission! I found myself then by trial and error, eventually, at a pub across the road. And check in strictly at 15.00.

it has car parking which is a bit tight but ok. You need to be very careful about not being blocked in by delivery lorries etc when leaving the morning

There was nothing that we didn't like. The hotel contacted us before our stay to make us aware that the hotel is on a noisy street in the old town. While we were there on weekdays, there were still plenty of people in town. We did not hear any street noise.

Ideal location if you want to see the sights in Bamberg...and it has parking and breakfast. Just steps from all of the famous sights in Bamberg. If you are just getting up and leaving the room it's bearable. The hosts were so charming - Roland and Anna.

Room is TINY. So small I couldn't bring my toiletries into the bathroom. Bedroom overlooks noisy restaurant area. Very hot room on third floor.
