Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick ins Grüne. Frühstück reichhaltig, Abendessen meist auch sehr lecker. Pools und Wellnessbereich sehr hübsch und meist in gutem Zustand. Fast alle Außenpools beheizt, sodass man auch bei etwas niedrigeren Temperaturen draußen schwimmen kann. Schöne Saunen. Insb. die Turmsauna mit tollem Panorama.

Die Höflichkeit des Personals im Restaurant war durchwachsen. Obstauswahl beim Frühstück etwas eingeschränkt. Getränke zu Nachmittagssnack und Abendessen kosten extra und sind sehr teuer. Manche Strandkörbe waren schon sehr mitgenommen. Moos vor der Dusche der Jägersaune sorgte für einen sehr glitschigen Boden. Manche Rattan-Sonnenliegen leider auch etwas kaputt.

they offer day spa services for outside the hotel people. this makes the place quite crowded. I wish they opened the spa for external people at least 2-3 hours later, so that the hotel guests can have more time to use the spa

Freundliches Personal, Wunschzimmer erhalten, Glutenfreies Essen wird hervorragend umgesetzt, Wellnessbereich mit Saunen, Aufgüssen und den Pools sind ein Traum.

An Feier- und Brückentagen sehr voll, alle Liegen besetzt, aber Personal trotzdem freundlich.

Wonderful area with lots of spaces to relax. Perfect hide aways for romantic couples. 😉Great food, always nice soups. Staff is very helpful. Not all speak English but it was never an issue. Great room with an excellent airco. The view is outstanding from most areas.

Find it a pity that they close the spa facilities at 20. (Coming from Belgium we're spoiled with spa's who stays open until 22 or 23) We also thought it was a pity they didn't have a proper hot jacuzzi or a hammam. The gym is also quite small and rather limited. A more international choice of TV channels would have been nice.

The staff, especially Hop Sing was excellent. Clean and beautiful.

Everything about our stay was great. It is slightly pricier than other spa places but all the facilities were super modern, clean and up to high standards. We had booked the private spa and some facial treatments and the whole spa crew was nothing but lovely and professional.

The front desk at check out was stressed, the checkout took about 20 minutes cause the girls in front of us had an issue and the first employee didn’t handle it well at all. Just over all awkward and unfriendly experience.
