Location was great. Very clean. Hot showers. Big and good breakfast. Very friendly reception and staff.

There was no internet. After asking at the reception we were told it just doesn't work and needs to be fixed (someday). The common bathrooms we're missing soap and toilet paper. The room is basic.

Heating gets turned on at 8pm only - we arrived at 5am and unfortunately the room was very cold and the heating could not be turned on. We paid extra for early morning check in after the night bus but the staff at the door was very confused when we arrived - better communication among staff is needed. Shared bathrooms aren't the most private...

Good warm clean shower, terrific WiFi, spaces outside the room to relax. Really good breakfast. Quiet. Very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay here. Definitely recommended!

Less than 10 mins walk to the bus station. Walking distance to the center. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with a big table and heater which I liked.

The bathrooms were very clean, but the hot water didn’t work in one of the shower spaces. Also, it was a little chilly when I took my shower because the wind could come through from the space on top of the door. Staff was okay, but not very friendly.

The location is fine

The girl at the reception was really annoyed. We booked a double room but got two separate beds. When we went back to the reception, she told us there was no double bed available and she wouldn't give us a discount. After we kept asking there was suddenly a double bed room?! She walked with us to the room totally ignoring us. we were absolutely not allowed to shower when returning from the uyuni tour.

The cleanliness was not good, hairs and dirt in bed, overflowing toilet bin and the WiFi was not very good in the room.

+ Nice breakfast in form of buffet: variety of baked goods, cheese, ham, jam, fruits, cereals, yogurt (no warm foods though) + The heating is working in the evening and during the night + Nice location with a market just underneath

- No control over the heating, so during the night it gets swelteringly warm - A bit expensive for what you get, but I guess that's Uyuni
