Biera Mar is well maintained and has very clean rooms .
The staff are super responsive and the ambience is good .

The rooms were well appointed, with all amenities. Staff were very obliging and professional. Grounds were very well maintained. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice.

Ambiance and greenery and cottages were very nice. Staff and security personnel and restaurant staff were very nice.
Room had no essentials like toothpaste or brush etc. There is nothing available to buy (like quick drink or grocery or essential item) nearby. One had to walk 20-30mins Maria Hall area. This is a huge inconvenience. I wish if hotel keeps a courtesy shuttle for the price they charge or keep or sell amenities onsite.
Also price was almost 2-3 times the normal rate which makes the room unattractive from cost perspective despite ambiance being nice. We just went there having stayed there before.
I did ask for booing.com rate and didn’t get it.

Location and ambience of resort as we enter is good. However it is quite old resort so amenities are not up to date. The breakfast quality was extremely poor. The chef in evening is good
Poor cleanliness. Lighting in room, Hot water comes only for few minutes and then water goes cold. Breakfast staff was bad. The quality of breakfast as well as service extremely poor.
