The villa was clean and well maintained. Caretaker was available and response to the help required was very prompt. Overall it was a very beautiful and comfortable stay. The kitchen was good. The utensils were clean.

There was some issue with wifi. The caretaker tried to resolve it but he couldn't. There were so many stray dogs around the property. It was a little scary.

It was comfortable, clean with attentive & helpful staff & the owner. V close to the wonderful Benaulim Beach. Good showers, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi & air on in bedrooms & nice balcony at the front.

Unfortunately you can’t see the beach from the balcony although you can see the sea. There is a car park between the property & the beach but obviously this cannot be changed! However, the proximity to the beach is a real plus.

It's a definite home away from home, except more cleaner and right across the Benaulim Beach. The house has almost everything that a family of 6 would need to stay for as long as they want. Though we were 4 people, the house was too spacious for us. The shared pool is huge and the security is tight inside the compound. The master bedroom has a beautiful balcony, one can take a sneak peek of the beach. Also, If you have your own car, You can park right infront of this house.

I would've liked the pool timings to be more flexible. I hope they come up with a solution there with the society people.

such a lovely and well maintained property which is so close to the beach. the owner ensures stay is smooth. the feeling is very homely

except for a power outage at night for about 2 hours (the back up also god exhausted I believe) there is nothing I can recall that I did not like

Great Location ,great hospitality by the host. Villa had every single amenities what a family may need on the trip ..I was traveling with 1 year old kid and we did not face any challenge at all,Felt like home away from home .Ms . Arlene guided us well and she was just a phone call away to assist us Thank you Ms. Arlene.. will definitely be in touch and will stay there whenever visiting Goa also will recommend it to friends and families .. It was better than a five star hotel.

Thought it might have beach front,but nt that,u have to walk down for 5 minutes to reach d beach.

Breakfast facility is too good. It’s within the complex.
