The view is pleasant and the rooms are quiet.
The room had cock roaches, there was no water at night and it didn't become available in the morning either. We could flush the toilet and brush our teeth and hands but not enough for us to shower. There's not a bar open later, there are no food options open later and the cost seems excessive. I think there are better options for travelers elsewhere in the area that may be more enjoyable and worth their money.

The garden, rooms, walkways, and restruant were all super nice. The views from the room were spectacular. Some eateries were very close by and local fruit stands.
No their fault but they had power putages for our night of stay and the rain effected the bar and boat activities as well as local fish dish avalaibility. But Highly advise eveyone look into them if you stay there.

I went with my parents (seniors); we had made reservations for two rooms a week before and when we got there, the lazy staff member told us that our reservation through booking was there but they didn't process it so we had NO rooms to stay the night. He showed no regard for us or interest to explain the situation or the slight intention to help us. He literally told us we should go look for another place to stay.
They didn't RESPECT our reservation made through booking and sold our rooms and didn't care at all!!

The staff were accommodating
The bug problem on the lake takes all the enjoyment away from staying there. You couldn’t sit out because of the hundreds of flying insects. We couldn’t wait to leave.

The loud music coming from the pool bar area was not pleasant. At one point we heard music from 2 different areas at the same time.

Gardens and view of the lake were fantastic. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the views.
Bed was too hard for my liking, the cleaners left a huge hair ball in the shower. The hand towel that was left was stained and old. Sheets could be updated.
