staff were amazing , not intrusive but there for anything you needed. The hotel and grounds were immaculate including rooms. We loved the Secret beach such a nice place to be.

if we were to be picky, the a la carte restaurants were not amazing. The food was good but not worth paying extra for and for ultra inclusive felt you should be able to access at least once through your stay.

Отель все включено , свой Starbucks это прям классно , рестораны Al’kart Из номера уходишь на 20 минут приходишь уже убрано , такое ощущение было что в день убирают номер раз 10 . Управляющий отеля каждый день походил интересовался нашим отдыхом , все ли нас устраивает , все ли хорошо . Так же отель был на связи по вотсап - отправили карту отеля , всю программу что очень удобно и каждый день интересовались нашим отдыхом все ли хорошо проходить . Уровень отеля 10 из 10

The staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you. The secret beach was a lovely extra. All the facilities were excellent

Only slight criticism although all rooms were non smoking. Smoking was allowed on the terrace which if you were on smokers with smokers next to you when you opened the patio doors the smoke would enter your room. I understand this is not a problem in the summer months as it is too warm to open the doors as air on is needed at all times.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff were amazing, felt like were waited on hand and foot for the week. My glass was never empty and the food was plentiful. The place is absolutely spotless, there was always somebody cleaning, tidying, gardening wherever you went. Housekeeping were like ninjas, they seemed to have a sixth sense for when the room was empty and everything was beautifully cleaned and restocked. Everything you could need is provided, down to toothbrush kits and shaving sets. Plentiful towels stacked around the pool. The smaller pool is heated so it was warm enough to swim even in April. The free boat trip was a nice bonus and the little boat to the secret beach ran very regularly every day. There’s Wi-Fi and waiter service at the secret beach and we didn’t try the azur restaurant but the snack bar on the beach was more than sufficient. The food in the People’s restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented, we had lunch there most days, it is open 24 hours a day so even though we arrived late at night we could go straight there and have a meal. You can reserve a table there for dinner for free on the WhatsApp group so be sure to do that or you’re stuck with the buffet. There’s nothing wrong with the buffet but it’s so much nicer to sit and be served a meal imo.

It’s hard to find anything to complain about to be honest. The food in the Turquoise restaurant could have been kept hotter, tepid scrambled eggs aren’t pleasant. I tended to stick to the freshly made omelettes or pancakes as they were piping hot. Also I would have loved a balcony where I could actually sit out, there’s barely room to stand on it so I would request a ground floor room next time for the terrace.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and services. We were very well cared for, the food and drink options were excellent. The complimentary boat trip and the trips to the private beach made the stay extra special.

This is a very minor detail but having wifi access at the private beach restaurant would have been useful especially since the menus were online.
