The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool was superb with plenty sun loungers and umbrellas available.

The gardens looked neglected. If the grass had been cut and flower beds weeded it could have looked really good. The bedrooms, though very comfortable and clean, were dated, but for 2 star were perfectly acceptable.

We came back to stay at the Efe hotel after our sailing trip and it felt like coming back home. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area, its like being in a home back garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. Hotel location is great, close enough to the main part of town but also far enough away to get the quiet. We Loved staying here again and would love to come back again one day.

we arrived at 2 am , gave us a quardable room that has 2 rooms without airconditioning - they only have one condition unit at the corredor entrance that is outside both rooms , and the room is not a regular room , its a roof for Doves or chicken , the ceiling hits your head in every section of the room , i refused to take it but the reception said he has no other room and he will ask his manager to change it next day .... but we are staying for 1 night only ? so he said he can do nothing and he offered us free breakfast in the morning , we had no choice at 2 am in a little village , so we took it , couldnt sleep because of the heat and keep hitting our heads . my 2 children finally slept . next morning at 9 am we went to breakfast and found a very poor breakfast , almost nothing to eat . we put some bread and jam on the table , and before we sit , the owner with the worst attitude came shouting in english that our reservation has no breakfast included, so we explained to him what the receptionest said , and he said its a mistake , u should not eat or pay for his 2 rolls with jam 32 euros for 4 people . i left the food and took my luggage and left . the room they gave us was on 3rd floor with no elevator , my wife and kids had to drag 4 suitcases and 4 carryons at 2 am . and drag back at 9 am . no help . bad experiance , and the owner has the worst manners , attitude ... i will make sure to share my review everywhere .. i am a travel agent and a tour guide for 30 years , never seen such a bad attitude in a hotel , shame on you . i will share my review to every travel agent in israel and the U.S too Dont use this hotel i ask booking.com a full refund for this bad room that is fir chicken not people

EXCELLENT HOTEL. Spotlessly clean. The room was so comfortable, home from home. Big clean Pool. Brilliant views. Very friendly welcoming staff. Quiet area but close enough to amenities. No bad things at all to say about this hotel and that is rare for me. Can't wait to go back!!

Great position with friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. Lovely pool and gardens , very near the seafront and centre but quiet and spacious.

Everything was perfect! Especially welcoming staff, large swimming pool and location.

Breakfast is just ok but enough for the adult. The Family room has enough space for 2 adults. The pool is really great - big, warm and opened till sunset. Sunbeds are convinient and you always can find one with umbrella. It is a parking nearby. Location is perfect just short walking distance from Marina and good restaraunts.

We booked Family room but at check-in we heard that the room is occupied and we have to stay first night in a Standard room. It was a bad news because we had no other choice. I asked why we were not informed in advance as we chated thru Booking.com but had no answer. Then we had to spend one night in a Standart room which is really small and next day waste our time for change the room. The only thing that management did for us for this huge inconvinience was 10 euro discount from total accomodation amount which is really nothing because I had much better rate for Family room at Booking. I think it is a very wrong behaviour to the guests. If I knew in advance that will have to change the room during I would definitely choose a different accomodation. Nobody at reception speaks english.

The breakfast was very good. There is always an additional special dish such as a wet cake, burek, tomato omlette, mixed fried vegetables & fried dough besides the traditional breakfast. Well done and kudos to the chef! The location was great and it was close to the town. Th staff was very helpful and polite. They made our stay very pleasant.

The beds could be better. They were very hard to sleep one. The room is tight and barely have place that you could open your suitcase confortably. Why not some laundry hangers on the balcony? Why only one chair?

Room was not comfortable because it was at roof top and you could not walk easily inside without bumping your head. We stayed at family room and it was also not easy to store our stuff. There was no electric outlet in the living space. We all had to use the one in the bathroom and in the family room. Ask for a room downstairs, it will be more comfortable

I have booked a 22 m2 room - reality was 12-13 maximum m2 room. No insulation with the noises on the floor. Upon arrival, the hotel denied my proof of size. Next day they admit having 22 m2 rooms.... and if I like to move in for the second night which I dennied. TV just turkish channels only Cheap furniture and details small crowded bathroom

We've stayed here loads of times on our way in or out of the airport at Dalaman. It is such a friendly, comfortable place, and two minutes from the marina/centre. The owner and his staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. We had a lovely family suite on the ground floor with a big garden terrace, which was lovely. We'd had a fairly grim journey from Cornwall, and arrived early in the morning - the first thing they did was to bring us a tray of fresh coffee to our terrace - lovely. A great spot to recharge our batteries after really quite an exhausting couple of days. Unless you are forced to do it (which we were) I really would not recommend travelling during this pandemic - it's awful. The hotel has a great pool and plenty of loungers in the sun or under the trees, lots of places to curl up with a book in the shade. We don't normally eat there, but because most places were closed due to restrictions, the hotel kindly laid on dinner for us. Gocek is a lovely place to spend a few days - especially when everything is open.
