Die Nähe zum Meer

Wir hatten ein Studio mit Meerblick sowie Gartenblick gebucht und bezahlt. Leider hatten wir beides nicht. Statt Meer sahen wir Bäume und statt Garten sahen wir eine Hausmauer. Der Beschrieb von Booking.com stimmt überhaupt nicht überein was wir angetroffen haben. Das Restaurant war geschlossen und die Liegewiese war auch nicht vorhanden!. Wir haben beim Vermieter Vasilis und bei Booking.com reklamiert.Vasilis meint es sei alles in Ordnung und Booking.com vertröstet nur.

Modul specific si autentic in care arata camera, avand dotari destul de bune. Paturile erau confortabile si tavanul inalt. Era curat si bine luminat apartamentul. Era foarte aproape de plaja si in centrul statiunii Agia Marina. In general proprietarul este prezent la locatie si poate fi abordat cu orice solicitare specifica ai, fiind destul de amabil. Am avut intotdeauna unde parca masina inchiriata. Exista un supermarket aproape foarte bine aprovizionat.

Ma asteptam sa avem vedere la mare asa cum scria in descrierea rezervarii, din pacate nu am avut! Studios Vasilis nu oferă, asa cum promite in descriere, un restaurant și un snack bar, acestea fiind lasate in prezent in paragina.. Si de asemenea noi nu am primit un apartament cu balcon cu vedere la Marea Cretei, cum am avut specificat in rezervare si cand i-am aratat proprietarului ne tot spunea ca am cerut apartament Appolon ???!!!! -dar acest tip nici nu apare pe booking!. Wi-Fi este disponibil gratuit în toate zonele, dar din pacate merge destul de prost. Apa calda de la dus nu este intotdeauna calda mai ales daca sunt zile cu nori si ploaie.... In schimb proprietarul ne-a asteptat cu un lung set de reguli.....iar la un moment dat am spart din greseala un pahar de sticla subtire, de proasta calitate-pe care personal il consider un consumabil asa cum il considera orice restaurant sau grecii care sparg farfurii.....-si proprietarul la sfarsitul sejurului ne-a cerut 3 euro pe el.........am lasat pe masa suma de 3 euro dar sincer mi s-a parut nepotrivit cand platesti o cazare de 670 euro sa dai 3 euro pe un pahar pe care nu s-a dat mai mult de 1 euro! AC iti bate in cap daca stai in pat iar daca il lasi deschis cand iesi din camera esti taxat cu 10 euro /zi .......aceasta este una din reguli.....

Large apartment with high ceilings, good lighting, kitchen, balcony and air conditioning. Daily cleaning, responsive host. Location in the tourist center, 50m from the sea.

It was nothing to worrying about. You can negotiate with the service about the exact cleaning hours, so the accommodation is very flexible and adapts to the client

Wonderful place, with wonderful location. Near to the beach as well as to the main street. Next to the Vasilis studio you could get the Bus which goes to Chania.

Nice and clean accommodation, very well located near the sea (really!). The accommodation was cleaned daily and we received fresh bed linen and towels every 3 days.

The location was perfect, next to the sea. a large market with a bakery across the street. Fresh vegetables, fruit, bread and coffee every morning. view of the sea from the terrace of the apartment.

Unfortunately, the tavern on our beach, which belongs to the owners son, was closed, and we couldn't visit the praised place.

Room looked over a derelict taverna. Washing machine noise early in the morning from above. Very old toaster, cooker etc.

We had a perfect stay at Studios Vasilis. The apartment was beautifully maintained and as advertised. Vasilis was the perfect host - discreet but on hand whenever we needed his recommendations or help organising taxis for example. Vasilis met us at the property when we arrived even though this was very late and was there to collect the keys and wave goodbye. The apartment was attended by a cleaner each day to empty waste baskets etc and we were provided with clean towels and bedding every couple of days which is not always the case when going self catering so this was a lovely touch. Even though we did not cook in the apartment as we were spoilt for choice in local eateries the apartment was very well equipped if you wanted to dine in. The beds and pillows were super comfy and we loved how quiet it was and could even hear the sea. The location was excellent- 30 metres from a beautiful beach that had a lifeguard and all facilities such as loungers, restaurants and bars. There was a fabulous supermarket 5 minutes walk away that had everything you would need plus a delicious bakery within it. The apartment is perfectly located for all the best eateries within easy walking distance and it was just a 30 minute bus ride into Chania. Vasilis assisted with airport transfer taxi arrangements and we simply had the most perfect holiday - we absolutely would love to return and highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return with family one day.

We could not fault this accomodation or the host we had a perfect holiday that exceeded our expectations.
