Location was excellent

The air conditioner could have been cooler but they did bring us a fan

We paid for breakfast, a little on the pricey side but in keeping with the ambiance of the hotel, Cava for breakfast for example, Great location and lots going on around the yacht places to eat/drink dance sing etc.

Nothing not to like really although maybe a little on the pricey side, I think an all inclusive package would be ideal for this venue.

Lovely room, great view and location. Pool deck was very nice. Reception very helpful Glass of champagne on arrival was nice.

Can't turn off the ventilation in the room (separate to the AC) meant the room was always frigid. They offered me a heater! In July! Restaurant never displayed a menu and when you asked for one it was like you had kicked their dog. Very annoying giant telephone / control panel that took up the entire side table and couldn't be moved.

The location was great near to great bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed the pool bar although it shut at 7 which was not so good. Nobody showed us how to indicate to housekeeping that the room was ready to be serviced . You had to do it on the phone I had no idea !! I can't stand the small milks, teas and coffee packets you get in rooms please put some better products and fresh milk in the fridge!! The Sunborn is a 5 star hotel so please address this . Overall it was lovely.

I loved the position of the Sunborn. To be able to look out of the windows and see all the yachts and the sea was amazing. Watching planes take off and land was awesome. It was also lovely to see the business of the harbour. The food was excellent in all areas. The staff were very welcoming I couldn't fault the Sunborn. Everything you requested was attended to and delivered. All the staff were very professional at all times

Spotlessly clean, quiet, classy. Bar staff in Sala amazing, especially Reuben.

Hairdryer!!! Kept cutting out.

I like the hotel I stay here a lot

I feel the noise levels are really bad, sound proofing is poor the front face rooms are horrendous for noise till the early hours of the morning and you can’t sleep

the bathroom didn’t have much cover and I was there with my son

don’t think it’s a 5 star these days. Been staying here for years but what you pay these days does not reflect on the state of it. looking warm out

first room i was given faced a fence, had to ask to move rooms, second room was better but pricey for room standard

Some aspects of the room need to be re done as old.especially as it's over 200£ a night.also expected a bath as well.

Queue busting at Reception with glasses of champagne while you waited helped everyone's patience Staff were very friendly and helpful and came forward with suggestions of things to do when cable car up Rock was off due to high winds
