Great balcony, lovely view. To sit on the lounge set there was absolute paradise with the amazing sea view. Location in the center perfect. Also everything very clean

The interior was not so modern, a bit outdated. The kitchen also.

Very very outdated appartement. Very old smell, no appearance whatsoever. No pressure on the water and only 2 small towels per person for the whole stay

We stayed here before and the location is absolutely perfect if your spending time in/around Moriara. Its literally minutes to walk anywhere in the town / beach

The apartment is clean but the decor and fixtures/fittings remain tired and in need of refurbishment. The main bathroom shower door is close to falling off and the shower head does fall off frequently. Our visit this time was to family for a long weekend and we knew what to expect and what we would be getting but to appeal to those on a family holiday the apartment really needs refurbishing and modernising. Note re parking; the onsite underground car park is very handy but dont book a large hire car, getting in and out of the carpark is very tight

No there were no caissons. .The apartment was clean and tidy but one of the doors would not lock properly also two of the windows so it i did not make the property secure.

The TV did not cater for British Guests only had Sky News . very disappointing as we were looking forward to having a few nights in. We arrived at 11.30 am we booked in at the office of which is in Benissa and we could not have the keys till 16.00 pm so we had to get a taxi from the office to Moraira and the at 15.00pm had to get a taxi to the office to collect the keys and taxi back to Moraira of which cost us 45 Euros. So be careful when booking this apartment. Also they could do with fitting a Safe for that extra security
