Got a reasonable price for the Saturday stay. Within walking distance of the train station, as well as key bus stops in Kiruna. Access to private washroom, TV and shared kitchen facilities. Wide open space in the room, which is unusual during our trip to Abisko where rooms are cramped.

Room lighting was dim so this can be improved to make the place less sad looking. More hooks to hang up clothes, both in the room and in the washroom. Benches for luggage would have been good, and more table space. The museum was also closed on the Saturday we were there; would have been good to know about the museum opening hours beforehand.

Very scratchy towels

I liked the decor very much, the coziness, the museum, the location, the kitchenette... I will gladly stay here again! But the best of this was Isak! He is a star! Went the extra mile and also above & beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for me! Thank you!

I liked everything

The location is good. It takes 5-10 min to walk to ICA. The room is bid enough for two baggages.

It is not as clean as I expected but it is acceptable.

The room is very cozy, felt like at home. It was warm there, clean, room was actually bigger than we expected. There's also a shared kitchen with fridge, free coffee and tea - perfect place for evening talks! Wifi was good, breakfast as well. Location - walking distance to the city center, like 10-15 minutes. On the ground floor there's a nice Sami museum, free for people staying in the hotel.

There's no shower cabin, only curtain in a bathroom. So washing the floor after taking a shower can be a bit annoying.

It was clean overall. Breakfast, there was some variety, but nothing extraordinary. Not bad though.

Bathroom was clean, but I didn't like the lack of the classic toiletries you get at hotels (eg. little soaps/shampoos). Instead there was one big soap dispenser for the shower and one for the sink. Also, there is nothing on the floor to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom and as a result, water goes everywhere. Lastly, the receptionist wasn't informed at all for simple stuff such as taxis or buses, it might help to have some things printed out for guests.
