The hotel was ideal for a family, plenty for the kids to do and the pool was huge! The hotel had some of the best food we had during our time in Sri Lanka.

On the second day we tried to order room service and 60% of the items on the menu were unavailable which was a little disappointing.

-Nice beach with sand -Medium waves (but big enough to loose your sunglasses) -Friendly staff -Quiet (not at Friday's) -Food store "Keels" is close enough (2.5km) -Food store "Cargills" even closer (<1km), but smaller choice. -Good enough "Green Lobster" restaurant near hotel.

In hotel: -For two weeks of stay, we witnessed two corporate parties with 2000+ people, so every Friday it was super noisy. Also, locals (party guests) were photographing us, so feels like in a zoo and we are animals... -Water temperature in a shower is not stable -No sundecks on a beach (looks like government doesn't allow), but quite a lot on a hotel territory. -Not enough umbrellas on a hotel territory -No ala carte, buffet only. -A lot of spicy food in a buffet and no way to know if it is spicy or not. Outside of the hotel: -Roads are full of tuk-tuks, driving is awful, 35km to Colombo may take up to 2 hours, 90km to Galle takes even more time. -All the territory of Sri Lanka is extremely dirty (except hotels' territory) -No nice walkways, walking on a beach only

A stunning beach, quiet, relaxing, beautiful pool, lovely room, good service, great facilities, railway station nearby for (very cheap) onward travel. Great value for money.

the pool was perfect for my daughter and the location next to the beach is very nice. staff are friendly too, we enjoyed our stay 😁

there wasn’t much facilities or promoting of activities.. only found out there was a kids club on our last day which wasn’t much to fuss about but still, and the table tennis was in the car parking area ? literally no signs or information anywhere , this is just asking one of the staff if there is anything .. so yeah some entertainment other than live music at dinner would have been great!

Location - fantastic. beautiful rooms. The New Years Gala was fantastic- great food.

The staff struggled to speak English. we took the full board option - it’s a rip off. lots of drinks are not included like diet sodas. when you order a coke you get a small glass and leftover coke. The food was average. I would suggest to pay for your food and drinks as you have more options and there are restaurants in the area.

Restaurant staffs are excellent and supportive. Ms. Thushari - Front Desk Assistant Manager is very caring and helpful personality.

Best place to spend the vacation & sea view of spectacular.

The were adequately polite and helpful. The breakfast was okay.

The lighting in the room was poor. The AC unit was not cooling. The rooms were very basic and not in line with their charge.

Untrained staff at the reception, wouldn’t aware of prepaid hotel payments (guest )through international hotel booking websites.

The staff and the food is what make this hotel exceptional! We had an amazing stay, SPECIAL thanks to Abirami who profesionally managed all our requests! She is a true pro and a great person! Also huge thanks goes go Nilan, Dimika, Rumesh, Nishanka, Malaka and Nishan! They all were exceptional!

The property could use some maintenance and the AC needs to be fixed in the room we stayed nighttime temperature was ok but it was quite impossible to have a nap in the afternoon

I was charged for my meals and they said dinner is not included for half bord and I didn’t have my breakfast and lunch either.
