All aspects of the stay were great

NO Compedium in the room.

We dine in at the restaurant for tea the food was fresh and amazing as well as breakfast in the morning brought straight to the door fresh and hot smelling delicious

The room had everything you need and then some, they had obviously thought about the extra's that are appreciated when travelling away from home

The decor is very, very dated, and the bed needs updating to a king size with a better mattress, it was quite soft and unfortunately you can feel every movement of your partner

Unfortunately the location of the hotel is that's its right beside a major truck route as well as a service station which means that your going to have difficulties getting to get a good night sleep.

We were surprised at the extras which were provided at this motel. Shaving cream and body lotion in a dispenser, something that usually isn't provided. The owner was very friendly and chatty and we dined in their restaurant which we felt was good value for money. I would recommend it to any traveller wanting to stay in Goondiwindi.

My only complaint was it was on the highway and there were transport trucks going by at all hours of the night but we were far enough away from the highway to not notice it too much. It is a little out of town for those who don't have their own car.

I had not stayed here previously but I found the room to be ideal in size and exceedingly clean. The team of Michaela and Jeff are simply one of the best that I have come across in the motel world. They were exceedingly helpful and very welcoming. The property is just off the highway and I thought noise might be a problem but it was not an issue. I have stayed in many motels in Goondiwindi over the years and Country Roads Motor Inn is value for money, comfortable and welcoming. This is not something that I would say about some other properties. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I am sure my review would be similar. I recommend this property to all that are looking for a good experience in Goondiwindi.
