Location was excellent for the village of Holt and nearby attractions. The hot tub was a nice bonus too. The private car parking across the road was also very handy as the village was quite busy.
Because of the narrow, winding staircase this is not suitable for the elderly, especially with the toilet downstairs.Also the plug in the sink did not work properly.

location is excellent quiet but right next to the town where there are lovely shops cafes etc
i know it is a dog friendly place, though we did not bring dogs, the sofa and rug smelt - could do with cleaning or replacing with leather upholstery.

Great location and very clean cottage
Much, much smaller than expected - stairs very steep to the point of being a bit precarious when you’re venturing downstairs in the middle of the night to use the loo. Hot tub located in the front garden of the property so not exactly a secluded spot! Felt it was very expensive for the size.
