La habitación estaba muy bien, muy amplia y cómoda. La piscina bien también. El desayuno variado.

Preguntamos si al dejar la habitacion por la mañana podíamos entregar las llaves y quedarnos nosotros un rato más solo en la piscina y nos dijeron que no, algo que nunca nos había pasado en ningún otro hotel.

El personal de animación del hotel y los camarer@s muy buena actitud y atención , comidas ricas pero muy repetitivas a o largo de la semana, respecto a la habitación muy grande y el servicio de todo incluido me gusto bastante, respecto a los coctels, bebidas... en la piscina te daban un baso de plástico duro reutilizable que es una muy buena idea, volvería a repetir el hotel.

Localización, hay que darse un buen paseo para llegar hasta la playa. Uno de los recepcionistas no tenia buen día y era muy pasota, un día le comentamos que a ver si tenia kits dentales y nos respondió con un NO y echándole una mirada extraña a su compañero, horas mas tarde volvimos a preguntar a otra pareja de compañeros y casualidad que estos buscaron un poco en la parte de los armarios que tienen en recepción y les quedaban unos pocos...

Breakfast was very good but the coffee was not good. We didn't go for dinner during our stay but it smelled nice when we were going out. Loved the garden, pool and the Animation for guests

The bathroom didn't have any air vent so after a shower it was foggy. The Tv stations options for an english speaking person not so good.

The staff was very good both before arrival and during our stay. We were on Gran Canarias for golf and all reservations were made for us before arrival by the hotel staff. We opted for a room upgrade that was well worth the extra (10€ per day). We woke up every day day to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean - great way to start your day. Some of the reviews mentioned parking as an issues, but we only had a single night where we did not find a spot in the free parking. We were on half pension and the food was good and included a very nice selection of meat and seafood. Wines were good and reasonable in price for the HP people. Good selection for breakfast with lots of fruit, fresh breads, yogurts, and traditional breakfast selections - eggs, etc. The housekeeping staff was very good. We had the same lady every day and usually Most nights there were free shows for the taking. Good entertainment and a fun side of the stay. We had a couple of massages in the wellness area and that was really good. Highly recommended!

Overall very good but a couple things. As there were over 800 quests the elevators were always in use making a small delay but not overly inconvenient. The dining room staff was very efficient but very noisy at times while clearing dirty dishes. Maybe training would help this. THIS NEXT STATEMENT IS NOT NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL, but about our personal preferences. We would probably not come back because of the sheer numbers of people in the hotel and our desire for a little more privacy. This was my first experience with HP at this level and it was very hectic at times in the dining area. Normally we opt for an apartment with our own breakfast. We prefer to be find and be served for dinner if possible.

Rooms were nice.

Too noisy. Had to change rooms because of noise from A/C which ran through the entire night The second room was worse. Buses pulling up to front til all hours of the.night as well as A/C from neighbouring hotel. I guess they.give the better rooms to guests that stay longer. Won't be returning.

The staff here are happy, friendly and very helpful, especially the dining room staff who do an amazing job. The pool area was very busy but we always found a space and there are plenty of beds which are kept neatly stacked when not in use. Everywhere was very clean and the maid service was wonderful. The hotel is an easy 5-10 minute walk down to the seafront where there's a nice promenade for long walks.

We did encounter a lot of noise in our room - people in the corridor, coaches arriving in the car park, noisy neighbours etc but it didn't spoil our stay.
