I loved the location of course . we enjoyed the patio in the mornings very much. Overall the house is very nice and i love shipyard. Pool was nice too

It’s just felt a little dirty, there was a lot of dog hair overall and kitchen could use some nice new emenites as well as some Furniture Pieces, But i guess it was ok. its just felt not that clean with kittle rugs etc

Everything was great good location nice condo

Can't really complain only TV size for the master was small and the room was so big

Location was quiet and relaxing

Hot water wasn't hot enough for my taste

The location was good. Property located near pool and good walking trails. Shipyard is near many restaurants and shops. Used the beach at Sonesta that was crowded but good.

The furniture needs an update. Several needed repair. Kitchen cabinets need to be repainted. The pans under the stove were not clean.

We went to the office to pick up key code and no envelope. After 10 minutes of frustration a person from the office opened the door and the envelope was not there. I waited another ten minutes to get the code. Driving 18 hours straight from Maine, this is not what I expected.

The floor plan was convenient and the unit was well stocked with amenities.

The outside pictures appear as if you gave whole house, but nextdoor is a door that leads to an upstairs unit. So you do hear people upstairs, etc.
