Perfect

The apartment is very central to Santa Cruz, close to restaurants, tram and bus stops and shopping areas. It is exceptionally clean and well presented throughout and the hosts are very helpful and full of good advice. The roof terrace is perfect for relaxing and has views across the town. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you could want and has a very fast WiFi connection.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. The owners have thought of pretty much everything. Broadcast TV is all in Spanish, but there is Netflix and Prime available instead.

The space was amazing, really big living area and kitchen, and bedroom and en-suite. The roof terrace was beautiful, a real luxury to have so much outdoor space to enjoy the sun. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was equipped with excellent high quality appliances and it was spotlessly clean. The location was great for us and having a parking space was brilliant. I would definitely recommend it.

It’s just personal taste but the decor was very…bold. The roof terrace was very tastefully done but the rest of the apartment was a little garish and not very calming for a holiday home.

Beautiful house. Everything was high end. The best was the rooftop terrace. Location was convenient and you can walk to everything you need - groceries, restaurants, shopping, cafes. Mario and Inesa are extremely helpful.

If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be adding A/C to the smaller bedrooms. It was doable for us, but during a heat wave, everyone would want to sleep in the master bedroom.

Attentive owners who answered any question both prior to my arrival and while there. Very clean, property was exactly as presented in the photos and the touch of providing initial breakfast supplies was perfect.

We had a 9-days-stay at this wonderful accommodation and enjoyed it a lot. The house is very clean and well maintained. The owners put a great effort to provide their vacationers a good time. All equipment (bedding, household appliances) is of high quality. A lot of travel information about the Canary Islands is provided in the house. The highlight for us was the fantastic rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen and also the location close to many restaurants, shops, the market, etc. We travel a lot and this was one of the best accommodation we‘ve rented so far. We can highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
