Debido a la ola de calor encontramos varios bichos (invertebrados) lo cual hizo que la estancia, solamente por este detalle, no fuera tan agradable. Igualmente recibimos una muy rápida respuesta de los propietarios, aunque el tema no se haya podido solucionar 100%

Beautiful house, very modern and with a great layout. Well located in Santa Cruz with its own garage and close to everything. Beautiful terrace. Nice details like Netflix and a good coffee machine. Would definitely go there again!

Some rooms were extremely hot (Kitchen and one of the bedroom) during night time as it was difficult to get air into the rooms. There were no hot tub as showed on the photos when purchased. It would have been great if the house could have had a dishwasher as well but all washing facilities were there.

Noisy from a street, very thin windows let’s all noise inside. Hard to sleep. “special” smell of old and wet house. It gets no sun so little bit cold.

The house is fantastic! The rooms are really nice and confortable! The kitchen has everything and complete with all you need to cook. But the most important thing of the house: the terrace! We really enjoyed!

The apartment met our expectations. We really enjoyed spending time on big terrace! The apartment was spacious and clean, had a good location (close to the main streets with restaurants).

It will be nice to have a washing machine in the apartment, especially when the place is occupied by 6 people.

Todo maravilloso. The perfect place to work remotely, and also very cozy and beautiful. This is -by far- the best place I have found to do home office in the whole island of Tenerife. The house is really beautiful and well taken care of, there's space to share but it's also very private. The rooms/place are quiet and yet very close to the liveliest areas of the city. The terrace is a dream and it was great to live and work there. I'd repeat no doubt. I loved everything about this house.
