The room is big and very comfortable. our family loves the pool because it's heated especially the weather is already cold. Breakfast is really good as well.

On initial checking-in, the room I had, had a very musty smell. I asked for it to be changed and the staff obliged immediately.

Only complaint was that the serving staff in both The Foundry and Blue Sky lounge ignored me (despite seeing me and seating me) without ever coming back to get my order or tell me why they were taking so long. Both times it was not busy in the place and no excuse for such poor service. Thank goodness for room service, which proved an efficient way to get the same menu:food from those two outlets without having to be insulted by pathetically bad customer service. The room service staff we’re fantastic and the food was great.

It was quite and clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of dishes and choices.

The glass bathroom and shower are a joke, all rooms have fully transparent bathrooms, no privacy at all. Might works for couples but not for families or friends.

Hotel is modern and comfortable, with extremely spacious rooms. Located in a central area with a lot of amenities within close distance.

Really disappointed with the service I received here. I was working crazy hours and arrived at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. I was told that the room was available however they would charge 250AED for an early check in fee (despite this rate being more than the actual hotel rate), or I could wait 4 hours in the lobby. I had worked 30 hours straight and was exhausted which the check in guy could see, but he offered absolutely no customer service. Won't stay here again.
