The staff members are so friendly. And the greens are surrounded, so nice, hardly find a place like this in Coffs.

To expensive : 191 AUD , could not book through my account with you, i just got new apple 12, ( i am 68 Years old) need some time to get use to, but i needed urgently to stop on my eay home due to : too tired to drive... so did not get 10/cent

The cats!! They are the sweetest little things, friendly and because it is a pet friendly Motel, we were able to let them in for cuddles. Real smoochers, cat lovers will love them! If you aren’t an animal lover it’s still an amazing place. Comfortable, clean (I had no idea it was pet friendly until the lovely staff told me). No signs of fur etc. Had everything we needed (even biscuits to go with your morning coffee- complimentary). This will be our motel of choice when we travel through from now on. I have had experiences in Kempsey that were horrible, so had been avoiding using Kempsey as a halfway point. This place has converted me. Well done Windmill Motel. See you again in the near future!

This is rare for me to say…but there wasn’t anything I could fault this motel for. I lu stayed one night though and it was a very quiet Friday.

The room was smelly...maybe the drains need some attention - the shower was small and the hot water took forever to be hot and not a very strong flow.

First of all, the hotel address provided on booking is incorrect and misleading. The address and location is completely different. you have to look for the address online. This is a big problem. Unfortunately, the rooms do not look like in the photos, but ok for one night.

Light and fan not working. No staff on duty to solve problem. Place is s dump.

I could bring our dog. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Big bathroom too

The room was dirty it had a fine layer of dust everywhere, bathroom was very old and needed repairs,replacing taps were very hard to turn on. leaves were all over the carpet of entrance of the room. Bed was terrible needs new mattress.fly screen and windows we’re dirty and we’re left open . TV was unplugged and had was no signal to get local channels , phone deck and I was told she’ll have a look later. No phone in room. Sheets smelled like smoke.

Able to have my pets there and was a great stopover on my journey. Also has a great dog park just across the road. They were super flexible with my arrival time after the office had closed, and I was able to checkout early as well. They were also extremely helpful with returning an item I had left behind. Going above and beyond in getting it back to me.

My room was fine; however, my friend did not like his room much. Location was fine. Staff was good.

Room's were fine, but can further be improved. Free coffee at the reception should be improved as it does not taste that good. Overall it was not a bad experience. :-)

Location to main road good for late arrival and early departure. Staff very friendly.

Everything! The Owner is very very friendly and upgraded us to a larger room, just because we are „international travellers“. The room and surroundings are so clean and peacefully quiet. It is perfectly located for a stop on your eastcoast roadtrip to recharge and go again AND there is a pool, too.

The room cleanliness exceeded expectations. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was comfortable. .

If my wife couldn’t find anything wrong so all was good.

Staff were not friendly. Couldn't find the booking and then said we cancelled even when I had a confirmation email. Wanted to charge $10 more for a window facing the highway. Gave me a room even though she stated that we were lucky they had a room and when we went to the room it wasn't cleaned, then sent to another room. Luckily, they had 2 empty rooms. If you are looking at the restaurant, don't it's closed for the forseeable future. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Facilities were clean and comfy.

Bit of traffic noise as it's on the highway. Unlicensed, but management are new and they're working on it!!

There was only one way to go onto the Hwy once you got out of the property and would have been nice to see the big windmill working
