The rooms definitely need to be updated. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good.

Bathroom needs to be updated - few mould spots in the shower. The room was quite big and the tv was small and seemed far away so we had to turn it up quite a bit so we could hear but we were concerned it would be too loud for other guests. If you're not planning on watching tv, it's not an issue.

The stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed visiting. Our friends thought the meals were a bit high so we did not have any food. We have friends at Moss Vale and will stay with you when we are next at Moss Vale. I need downstairs as I have mobility issues or a lift. Please advise what a queen bed and a more private room would cost in due course. Than k you.

Everything was very pleasant. Our only remarks would be a] we could hear every movement in the next room. It was not off putting for us as we were both very tired. b] as a romantic escape perhaps the rooms were more soundproof upstairs and the beds were queen size instead of just a double.

Sash window was unable to be locked in bedroom, tried a number of times.

We took one look at the room & walked out so NOTHING.

The room was so small we could not move & we are NOT overweight. The photos made it look like a normal sized room but it was minute. This is a misrepresentation. We asked the motel for a refund and they were willing to give us a refund & although the staff were very pleasant, understandably we had to go through booking.com. . I cannot find any way of contacting booking.com. There is a phone number but apparently you have to put in a confirmation number & mine does not work. When I try to message booking.com it says I have no messages. Booking.com you need to CONTACT ME & GIVE ME A REFUND.

Great value for money. Great location. Room was very comfortable. Staff were impeccable. Exceptionally clean rooms. Breakfast was also great. Manager was excellent when wanting to change room to be closer to our friends. Bonus was that the property had a lovely bar area!!!

Room like 40 years ago, poor TV, bad internet connection most of the time. Bed very old. Breakfast, very little on offer and WELL OVER Priced.

Right on a great golf course. The bar was under going renovations putting in a new deck, and should be ready by next time i visit. Nice old feel to it. Heritage type place. Spacious. Natural timber features. Bed was firm. Good bathroom. TV bit small but didnt watch it. Parking right outside. Very happy with it.
