awefully arogant peiple at cocal agentur. Accommodation very old just kept to survive there. baby cot was paid but not prepared.

This accommodation was the crappest ever. The pool staff mistreated our kid forcing her to wear someone elses swimming cap and it’s an obligatory order to everyone who wants to use the pool to wear a swimming cap even if you don’t have one they would happily tell you go and buy one!!! Our kid came to the apartment running and crying due to banning her from swimming without a cap. She could have got some allergy from it! And a trauma! we went all to swim around 21:00 o’clock and some Italian visitors started to scream at us from their balcony and they were trying to tell us in their language that is too late to use the pool and they even reported us to the pool person in charge who came to us and asked us to leave in a very rude approach claiming that the pool operation time is from 08:00 to 13:00 and then from 16:00 until 20:00 o’clock only !!! We couldn’t use the pool in the midday when it’s too hot outside!!!! Back to the apartment. The sofa bed was very smelly and barely fits one person. There were only a half roll of toilet paper. There was one little air conditioner in a corner where it cannot cool the entire space. There was no hand soap nor cleaning products to clean the apartment during our stay. We don’t think that any tourist would bring all those things to the place where he/she paid to stay 130€ per night !!!! I strongly don’t recommend this place at all.

The swimming pool was very clean

Difficulty finding the check in location and difficulty finding the apartment. On arrival the gas cooker needed matches and there was no way to get any as we were quite late so couldn’t even make a cup of tea. The tv did not work and the apartment was very basically equipped

Location swimming pool good maintenance and we asked for a microwave (for child meals) and they provided one! Restaurant next to apartment.

We arrived late and could not find bed linen and towels so had to pick up ourselves even later from the key collection place.

Villagio Cristina is very nice with swimmingpool and little pool for children in quiet location in Caorle. The apartment No 35 was very well cleaned and quite large with nice garden, what we very appreciated.

For that high rate I was expected fully working kitchen. The electric oven was not working. The agency sent us a repairmen, but he could not repair the electric oven. In the bathroom there was an old and rusty washing machine in which the wather was standing...and it did not worked well. I would recommend to change the washing machine. The plastic door in the shower cabin was damaged as well and shower hose damaged. Also we have faced some problems with the electricity, but the agency helped us quickly. We had stay several times in Caorle and also in Villagio Cristina, but never had so much technical problems as in this apartment.
