Ellena Court has been my choice of accommodation for a number return visits to Blenheim because of its welcoming, price, location, and pleasant rooms. It still has attractive rooms with reasonably good and comfortable furnishings. Also has a good-sized bathroom, containing a decent sized shower. However, it has now been dropped from my preferred return listing.

Maybe it was an off day for the owners as instead of the usual warm welcome I had become accustomed to, they were grumpy, and my arrival (late afternoon) appeared to be more of an imposition than a pleasure. It might have also been due to the fact that a bus and trailer took up most of the available car parking spaces, meaning I had to park at the opposite end of where my unit was located. Unit was downstairs with a very noisy guest above. The heat pump could not be used as it set off the fire alarm in the room. Electric jug would not remain switched on. It took some time to get hot water flowing, possibly due to being the last unit in the building. It appears that there has been a recent hefty accommodation price rise.

Perfect for our one night stay - warm, quiet and comfortable. The room was very spacious. On site car parking was great, good location if wanting to walk. Good value for money.

This small motel was just what I wanted for my 2 nights in Blenheim. It is within walking distance of downtown and local grocery stores. The small kitchen had everything I could need. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. I had a very quiet 1 apartment unit at the very back with a small patio, which was just perfect. The proprietor was very friendly and ordered me a taxi to the airport for the next day. I would stay here again!

Amazingly large motel room, comfortable and modern. Close to Blenheim shopping centre. We would definitely stay there again.

The Ellena was in a central area with the centre of town within walking distance. Our apartment 1 bedroom was at the rear of the property,so all we heard were birds. Parking at doorstep of unit.

The WiFi was strange & had it's little moments.

Beautiful unit, lovely and clean, had everything you need, lovely spa Really enjoyed our stay , highly recommend to others 🙂
