Spotless clean apartment!
Everything you need even for a long stay.
Huge green yard with a children playground too.
100m walking to the beach.
Barbecue place.
2-3 km to the closest market.
If you need a quiet place to rest I think is the perfect location.

Silent place near sea.
Smoking neighbours on the balcony, there is only thin and not fully dividing wall on the balcony which is not a problem but can be sometimes.

This is our second stay and we just can’t get enough of the location, the friendliness of the hosts and the atmosphere. This is the perfect place for a quiet vacation.

The garden is wide, green and well maintained.
The car parking is covered and there are enough places for all the guests.
It is 2 minutes from the beach (boat rental place).
Our apartment on the basement (no.3) was terrible.
Old furniture and equipment, rusty parts, walls painted over mold, warm water not constant in the evening.
Igrasia coming from under the bed awakened my mold allergy, which gradually affects my breathing capacity so sleeping there was no longer an option.
After a long travel we had to spend 2 nights in these conditions until we managed to find another decent accommodation.
It was definitely not what we expected from a room that we paid 100 EUR/night and rating over 9 on Booking.com. Unrefundable...
However, the loss of 500 eur was less than the discomfort we felt by having to sleep in a bedroom infested by mold and 2 ruined vacation days.
I don't understand how people rate this property so high...
Maybe the other rooms are better...

The apartment was recently renovated and it was just perfect - specious, large fridge, super comfortable beds and a terrace to die for! The owner and staff are beyond friendly. There is wonderful parking. The house is located very near the beach.

The location is perfect for a family- with a car offcorse.
Not even 100m from the beach.
In front of the House is a huge green garden surrounded with trees! There is enough space for the kids to play or to make a big party if u like.
Every room has a big balcony or in the middle of the garden is a sitting terrace where you can gather and enjoy ur barbecue.
The air-conditioning was very nice and quiet.
The staff were very friendly and ready to help any time of the day.
The bathroom needs refurbishment, especially the shower- it was to small and moldy.
They have to put microwave in the small kitchen, it's handy when you have kids!
