Our host was really great, very welcoming and very helpful. The views from the upper balcony are tremendous. It was a nice quiet area a short stroll to the beach. We would definitely book again. Sami is a nice place, we came in July but is wasn,t too busy.

Dimitrios was very friendly to welcome us in the villa. The house is very comfortable, clean, and convenient, with a beautiful view. The location is perfect to explore Kefalonia or take the boat to Ithaca

Bathroom situation is ok for 2 people,water presure could be better

Very nice and comfortable house with great view in peacful surrounding and good location. Dimitriios is very friendly host and happy to help if you need anything. It is also pet friedly, we had wonderful vacation.

Location - even though its remote, it offers great view, silence and you can see a lot of stars. The house is elegant, with good quality furniture, comfortable, well equipped and maintained. Each bedroom has own balcony, there are as well two terraces were we spent a lot of time together, under the stars. Host was attentive and punctual.

Location is remote, car is needed. (35 min by foot to Sami) There is only one complete bathroom (first floor), plus the service toilet with shower (ground floor) which is very uncomfortable to use - you may hit the shower faucet with your head when on toilet :) Water fixtures need maintenance. Low water pressure, low wifi speed. No waste disposal container, except public one at 200m. All above are minor disadvantages, except the bathroom situation, maybe the owner should consider investing some money to improve it.
