Our room was very spacious and kept clean and serviced daily. Plenty of sun beds so no need to put towels down early. The gardens and areas all kept nice and clean. All the staff were very nice and helpful .

Booking for the theme restruants. We do like fine dining for our evening meals although the buffet had every thing to suit all tastes.

A lot of services available, gym, pool, beach, eating areas, entertainment and close to town.

We got upgraded to a cottage which was nice but a bit dated. We arrived at 5pm and still had to wait an hour for our room , hence the upgrade. Pools were nice. We had a lovely sea view with our own terrace and sun beds.

People that have a certain status are allowed to book their sunbed for the duration of their stay. When looking for a bed you have to look at the back of each to check if they had tags on it! So embarrassing when you see all the empty beds and you realise it’s booked, even though they might not even use it! At least half are booked, I’ve never seen this system before in all my years of travelling. Very poor lighting in cottage. We was all inclusive which was ok compared to the hotel we’d just came from across the road. Very repetitive choices with random salad items next to hot food. Couldn’t get booked into the restaurants as no availability, as we was only staying 3 days we had to stick to the buffet! Snacks were very poor and sandwiches in the evening consisted of a plate full.

The staff are very friendly especially Maria in the swimming pool all around it's not bad I was expecting a better room the way it was explaining like superior room but for me it was not Superior very simple room and you the view it was not something particular

It’s a beautiful modern and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is really good and there’s a wide variety.

Food was good and generally friendly staff. Entertainment was good on Tuesday and Friday mostly but this was till 11pm.

Entertainment was not as expected. Saturday night and other nights with not even music at all in the lobby, let alone entertainment . Mostly it was a disc jockey outside and with the heat it was very unpleasant to stay out. All finish at 11pm except for the night club where mostly young gathered with no one dancing. Room cleaning wasn't satisfactory. Missed putting towels or found dirty towels left on the floor. I had to ask for shower gel and shampoo top up as these were left empty. Pool staff were not so friendly either and activity at the pool consisted of 20 minute exercise in the morning and some stretching exercises in the afternoon. Disappointing really.

Cost of room exorbitant for the quality of stay. This is a package venue with “Butlins” style performance which would have been fine if not for the unbelievable cost for the room.

It is what it is but the cost was way too high

Everything was great. Supper flexible staff. We had a crying baby next our room, and we had a got a new room in the middle of the night.

It was amazing . The food, the beach, the location and the staff were incredible.

Best hotel with beach near airport. Everything is good and you will not be bored there. City center is 15minutes walk or by car 4min. It is good because in city there is more noise but in this hotel you will have vacation!

Room doors are not noiseproof. On morning you can hear people walking to breakfast and after that Cleaning squad starts cleaning rooms. But corridors are long and lot of rooms need cleaning so they talk to eachother over corridors and you will wake up soon. Try to buy room to end of corridor if you are long sleeper.

Being over charged for dinner and not being told at check in that I could have upgraded to all inclusive for less than the cost of dinner alone and missing out on all the other benefits of all inclusive. Inadequate discount offered by management when discussing the issue with them. Air conditioning was broken in the room making it difficult to sleep in the heat. Both outdoor and indoor pools not heated. Indoor hot tub too small for size if hotel.

Nice location, the room is big with nice sea view, very nice staff, in general good quality-price ratio

while breakfast is reach but clearly made from cheaper components, the hotel is over-crowded especially during breakfast and evening events. Towels in the room were washed many-many times...

The food was terrible, the hotel was a working building site! angle grinders and hammering from 7am - 7pm every day. some areas of the hotel were dirty and messy.

The toilet it wasn't clean.. but everything else was okay.
