Rendez-vous dans ce spacieux, condo au deuxième étage et la première chose qui va attirer votre attention est la belle vue sur la plage et l'océan. De la salle à manger au salon et à travers la véranda fantastique les vagues et les levers de soleil sont un spectacle à voir.
La salle à manger peut accueillir six et offre une vue sur la plage et l'océan. Le salon confortable offre les mêmes vues avec télévision par câble. Mais la véranda est l'endroit où vous pouvez passer la plupart de votre temps, profiter de votre café du matin au lever du soleil ou pendant la soirée autour d'un cocktail comme le soleil brille sur l'océan.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce que vous aurez besoin ou que vous voulez
Le Master Bedroom Suite, avec vue sur l'océan, a un roi et de la télévision, avec salle de bain complète. La deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles (pas jumeaux).
Bien sûr, le condo a sans fil, des chaises de plage, jouets de plage, serviettes de plage et plus encore.
Votre nouvelle maison de vacances est en plein cœur de Ponte Vedra, à quelques minutes de commerces, des restaurants et bien plus encore avec beaucoup de golf, la pêche et plus tous dans la région, y compris St. historique Augustine à seulement 30 minutes au sud.

Condo was very clean and great location. Very hard to navigate the spiral stairs to the beach. Kendra is always the best and we will continue to rent through her.

Condo has large balcony with big view of the beach. Location is perfect for us. Great area to ride bikes. Just a few others on the beach. Good surf fishing spot. This is our second year to stay at this condo.

Right on the beach and well appointed. This property had everything needed for a nice vacation. Kendra (manager) was very responsive and we had a great time. Same as all beach properties where we have stayed it could use a few touch ups.

This nice condo is on a lovely stretch of the beach and we were happy to be on the second story with a beautiful view. The lanai is large and has 6 glass doors that can be closed in cold or inclement weather which would provide an extra living space in bad weather. Be aware that it is possible to only open 2 of the 6 glass doors at one time so that the direct view and ocean breeze is restricted to a third of the lanai. Our host, Kendra, was very helpful.

This Condo was exactly what we were looking for. So many times, there are no pots and pans, few Utensils, and generally missing things that are necessary. No this Condo! So nice. And the beds were comfortable along with the furniture. I wanted to live on the porch and was there for sunrise every morning. Will go back.

We have rented beach properties with Kendra at least 6 times. She is our go to when visiting PVB. Her properties are always well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and this was no exception. The only reason we gave the unit a 4 instead of 5 is how dated the property is. It's not Kendra's fault as it is the owner's responsibility to update the unit but it looks like almost nothing has been done to this since it was built in the 80s. However, everything did work, it was clean and it was a little cheaper than other units we've rented. We would chose one of Kendra's other properties if available.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The pictures in the Vrbo listing are completely accurate and well describe the 2nd-floor 2BR condo. The porch facing the ocean is special.
Everything worked and the mattresses were good. A hyper-observant person will notice some modest wear around the corners, baseboards, doors and faucets. Our guest in the front BR with two fulls complained of night noise from an outdoors AC compressor, but the master BR with one king was completely quiet. The city water from the tap had a slight sulfurous smell. The beach is wide and flat with no seaweed, lots of foam, and many pulverized shells. The ocean swells near the beach were usually five feet and only rarely were calmer.
We would gladly stay here again should we return to the area.

Perfect spot for our family to get away for a few days of R&R before school and travel
sports start back up. Host was very responsive to inquiries and condo was just as described. Would definitely go back!

The glassed in patio was awesome. I spent most of the week relaxing and reading. Private beach access and convenience was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location right on the beach is amazing. It was like having your own private beach. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed for the week. We spent most of our time on the big enclosed balcony listening to the waves. We had a blast.

The lanai was so spacious and amazing for watching the sunrises and reading a book while watching the ocean as the sunset each evening. Just what we wanted! There are lots of dining options nearby and you are just a quick trip away from Jax Beach and Saint Augustine.
