Love the breakfast

Staff was helpful and polite, including doormen and housekeeping. Room and general areas were clean. Location was quiet but still within walking distance to enjoy the old part of Georgetown.
While the breakfast spread was reasonable, we did not like the location for breakfast. Breakfast was switched to a big hall (not sure the reason, presumably due to occupancy rate) with rather dim lighting. We could not enjoy the ambience of breakfast in the restaurant. Depending on what time you went, it felt chaotic and we had to find our own seats. If you come in small group you will likely to share a round table of 10 pax.

Very beautiful rooms with fabulous bathrooms with attention to detail on everything. Remarkable room service, very clean and thorough. Absolutely sumptuous buffet breakfast with ton of options, with excellent service from all staff right from reception, bell-boys, and staff at restaurant. Great pool facilities! Reception staff are wonderful- I do want to give a shout out to the reception staff who helped arrange and co-ordinate retrieving my child's glasses all the way from Entopia in the west- we lost hope but got it back thanks to the staff! Thank you once again.

The staff were overall friendly and the location is quite good to explore and walk around george town. Breakfast was good for the price.
The cleanliness of the room is sub par, can see that the room is not clean throughly, and my TV was spoilt gave feedback multiple times but no one fixed for me in my 3 night stay.

got a room with pool view and port view from the balcony. The staff gave us a quick look on the rooms available and asked us to choose our preferred room.
The location is a walking distance to the ferry terminal and near to the bus stop with free service shuttle
the breakfast are so-so. not too many options compared to the high-end/luxury hotel but the additional rate for a person is rm30+ which is quite expensive considering the variety of food that is served.

We liked the room size, it was comfy for us. The location was not bad either. This was our second time staying here. The breakfast was just nice.
We booked a Studio Suite and got a room at the far end of the building. The AC was bad, and the room had flies. I had to kill five of them. We asked for a different room the next day. It was a downgrade, but we didn't mind. The AC was good and there were no flies.

I like RC Penang. Fast check in. No deposit. Got free upgrade to corner suites. The room was spacious…free parking. Multilevel parking
At the pool side. There is a broken part at that can expose to guest if the guest that are inside the pool accidentally pull the part. There is screw there. Wooden flooring at adult pool
