The modern rooms and location, very spacious and quiet for work purposes.
The room i stayed in needs more natural light however that’s just being picky.

Cleanliness, fresh linen, location and ease of access.
Being put in a corner unit, next to the laundry with a thumping washing machine was not ideal. Luckily no one used the machine late at night, but we were nevertheless concerned as there was no signage regarding operating hours. No instructions on how to operate the machine, it was trial and error. Reception had no gold coin change for the machines and I was advised to go to the pub next door. There were people in the unit next to us who were smoking outside our unit, a table ,chairs and butt bin enabled this. When I approached a staff member about this, I was advised to speak to the smokers and ask them to smoke elsewhere. Smoking outside units should be banned, and a dedicated smoking area well away from accommodation needs to be put in place.

The room was nice and clean in appearance and had what we required for our short overnight stay.

Our room was very clean and had everything you'd want for a short stay, even had an electric blanket! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Private parking locked area so people from street can't get in , decent sized room , parking rite in front of the rooms ur staying in
The tap in the bathroom for the facet didn't turn off properly so was dripping all night (waste of water)

Good room for a quick stopover. We have stayed here a few times now and room is always clean and comfy. There’s also a great cafe down the street.
