Location was absolutely perfect for those taking off from Haneda in the morning. Breakfast was fine or rather sufficient. Decor at restaurant could be more modern & cheerful. Bit too dark & boring decor but maybe it’s meant more for dinners? However for dinners there were better choices at the airport.

Room was too small.

For an early morning flight from Haneda to Heathrow you couldn't find a better location. From the British Airways Check in desk to my actual room was 2 minutes as I had a room on the same floor as reception. Even though the hotel is in the departure floor I did not hear one plane or any noise at all. The room had everything I needed for a solo traveller, They gave a complimentary bottle of water and there was a kettle and tea making facilities. In the bathroom is showergel, shampoo, handwash and a few items such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb There was also a nightshirt and slippers which was a nice touch if you'd already packed your cases and didn't want to unpack.

It's not I didn't like it just thought it was odd having just a glass window and door between the bedroom part and the bathroom. There were blinds on the outside window so you couldn't see in or out, I was solo so it wasn't like i would be seen just felt a bit odd!

Very convenient location connected to the departure hall at terminal 3 of Haneda Airport, near to row N of departure floor. Room was clean and more spacious than expected of an airport hotel in Japan.

Unfortunately no USB charging available in the room.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Terminal 3. Ideal wenn man einen frühen Abflug hat und nicht so früh aus der Stadt rausfahren will

Die „günstigen (habe 195€ für eine Nacht gezahlt)“ Zimmer lagen im 2. Stock, also auf Straßenebene. Direkt vor dem Zimmer lag ein Parkplatz. Auch sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und waren auch schon recht runtergewohnt. Dir ein Airport Hotel hätte ich ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett erwartet Sachen noch mal aufzubügeln. Das Frühstück gut, aber sehr asiatisch lustig und nur wenig Auswahl an Brot oder ähnlichem.

The location of this hotel makes it an excellent place to stay before or after international flights. It has all the facilities you need from an airport hotel. We stayed on arrival after a late night flight and the night before an early flight, all which worked really well. We were even able to have our luggage delivered to the hote and they had it waiting for us in our room when we arrived.

Comparing to the USA Airport hotels, your hotel rooms are too tiny. The buffet area was next to the hallway so it was loud and not comfortable.

The location..when you’re leaving on an early flight it’s perfect. The rooms were nicely decorated…modern and very clean..and quiet. The staff were polite and helpful..we had to change rooms and all the luggage and bags were moved for us while we were out. We ate in the restaurant and it was a good meal, reasonably priced.

It was surprising. Our initial room was a standard twin room..and it was great. Quite large and roomy with a table and chairs and a decent sized bathroom. Our flight was delayed so we had to move into a Hollywood twin room…it was more expensive so I was expecting an even better room. But strangely it was much smaller..no table or chairs…I was so disappointed. I didn’t think the Hollywood room was worth the extra cost. We didn’t have any choice, this was the room available. It wasn’t terrible, just a let down after the previous room.

we booked two rooms (one for my husband and I, another for our two kids aged 14 and 17 yrs old). both rooms smelled “funny”, had furniture with paint chipped off, wallpaper with bits peeled off, and generally felt very old and not very clean. we had stayed in this hotel a few times pre-pandemic (around 2016-2018) and the rooms gave a better impression then.
