Very friendly host, there to meet us, offereing to help to get anything arranged. Large balcony with a great view of the mountains and bay.

15-20 minute walk into town along quite a busy, narrow road (albeit with stunning scenery!).

Host was polite ,accomodation were decent, location is good everything is 5 min away with a car.

Prepare your Autan there are a lot of mosquitos , bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

The view in reality is better than what you can see in the photos. I swear it’s something breathtaking!! We loved it and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay here when having activities in Kotor. To be honest, we were sad we have to leave after 2 nights😂😁 Thanks, apartment Andrija 🥰

Gorgeous apartment overlooking Kotor bay, the views from the balcony were INCREDIBLE! Studio apartment was very spacious, well laid out and had everything you needed. Its super quiet and away from the crowds, but still only 15-20min walk from Kotor old town. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating of a very late arrival. You can swim 2 min walk from the apartment, which was lovely every morning. Highly recommend!

The view from the unit is very nice. Was great to have parking. Hosts were responsive on booking app.

Wi-Fi did not work very well in the unit. Had to wait and track down hosts on arrival to the unit and for payment. Bedrooms were uncomfortably hot due to no AC in the bedrooms and the AC in the main room didn't move air well enough. In addition, uncomfortable pillows and thin bedding with holes. No screens in the windows and there were mosquitos so no ability to open windows to cool space. Cramped apartment in general with no real small amenities most other places have (replenished trash bags, soap and shampoo, extra toilet paper).

It was my second visit to the property and I am really pleased to stay at the same apartment.It has spacious balcony with a great view of the Kotor bay and old city. It is 2 minutes away from the center by car. The kitchen and equipments are sufficient for long term accomodation. The host Natasha is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing view, clean apartament with all equipment needed.

It's around 2km to the old town of Kotor (20-25 minutes by walk) which is not so bad but no sidewalks for part of the road and sometimes not very safe.

Staff was amazing and super helpful! All of our questions were answered very quickly and Natasha even helped us out with groceries we missed to buy! Late night check in was not a problem to the owners at all. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. The apartment is only a 20 mins walk from the Kotor Old Town. Definitely recommended if you don’t want to stay directly in the Old Town, but in walkable distance!

We enjoyed the location of this apartment. We came by car so easy to park and do the 20 minute walk to old town (predominantly flat). There is a spot to swim in at the bottom of the road. The apartment itself was fine for what we needed for two nights. The bed was comfortable and the view of the bay was nice.

We were surprised to have only been left one toilet roll for two nights, and the nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk away. We weren't expecting to have to get more for a short stay so had to make an additional trip to the supermarket instead of relaxing. There is also only Aircon in the living room, not the bedroom.

Great host, very communicative! Nice appartment, clean, accessible by foot from city centre.

WiFi could be stronger.

I have been contacted after booking the apt. They gave me instructions on how to reach the apartment. They were expecting me and gave me valuable information on how to reach tourist attractions and move around the city. The apartment has a magnificent view over the mountain, a panoramic view of the old town, city walls and the Kotor bay.

I believe the area was hilly which is the natural topography of Kotor bay. It is also very quiet at night so you would need a taxi or drive if you are coming back late at night. It is within a 20-minute walking distancefrom the town centre.
