The view across the bay is amazing, especially at night when the fortress is lit up. Very quiet and peaceful; having a car it was a good option to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kotor but really still be close enough to visit in a few minutes. Being “off-season” we had no problems driving in and finding parking near Kotor old town. Very efficient heater to keep us toasty and warm. Well equipped kitchen enabled us to cook full meals when we wanted to. Comfortable beds, warm quilts. Large and comfortable sofas and chairs. Very large balcony overlooking the bay. Washing machine. Excellent Wifi. Very friendly and helpful host - prompt communication leading up to our arrival and helpful with instructions on how to find the house. Iva also provided us with a long list of sightseeing options in Kotor and also nearby.

The road up to the private car parking was a little rough and washed out after the recent heavy rain.

Perfect location. Fantastic, nearly mesmerizing views to Kotor Bay. Very quiet place. Host was very helpful, pleasant and she even organized the tour on a speed boat for us for a very reasonable price. She has good command of English language and is a pleasure to deal with her. There is convenient grocery shop nearby and the marina is just a few yards away (the speed boat pick us up from there). We could always park the car near the marina and the driving time to Kotor is about 7-10 minutes.

There is nothing to fault in this apartment.
