This apt is located right in the old town next to many restaurants, bars, shops. It's modern and kind of plain in appearance, but it's very comfortable, with amazing windows that block all noise. Good A/C in all rooms. Full kitchen. It has some kind of kids gaming thing - for little kids, but our teens still had fun. You're 10 mins walk from everything. Very nice, friendly owner. We were all very comfortable with only 1 caveat ....
Parking was a nightmare. You're in Zone 1 and there are 2 city parking places nearby, but the meters have to be fed EVERY 2 HOURS. Or you get a "ticket" from the city - about USD$15-17. But if you're not from Croatia you can't pay this easily. I can't fully recommend this place because this impacted everyone's ability to relax. The owner should create a system so he can help travelers with parking, as other Croatian hosts did.
