Location was great for the Old City. It was nicer to be right outside the Old City instead of in it. There was free parking. Quiet nice neighborhood. The host left so many things for breakfast, fruit, yogurts, homemade tort, etc etc. Very clean and spacious. Washing machine. No air conditioning but the place was quite cool in June. Host very nice and helpful.

There were no kitchen pans, bowls, or cooking utensils for actual cooking if you are planning on that. The host probably would provide them if you asked in advance. We didn't need so we didn't ask.

Well located. Spacious. Parking nearby was no problem.

The listing on Booking.com is fairly misleading. The property advertises a garden, but guests cannot see or have access to the garden. The property advertises a “full kitchen”. While there is a kitchen, there are no pots, pans or cooking utensils. When we questioned this, the host told us “you cannot cook in the apartment”. The property advertises 3 rooms and 75 sq.m, but one of the rooms was locked off. The apartment was still quite large, but not as advertised. Booking.com confirmed that the host would accept all credit cards as payment for the rent. In fact, the host refused to accept anything other than cash.

great space and so comfortable - walking distance to local market for food and a fabulous kitchen to cook in. Would be a great space for a family visit

Very clean and extremely spacious rooms. High ceilings indeed. Great location & neighborhood (in the old part of Cosenza); walking distance to restaurants and shops. Andrey was very friendly & helpful.

There was no terrace although from the pictures you got the idea there is one. A terrace would have been the cherry on the top.

Great place to stay in a fabulous city, Andrey was very helpful and efficient. Plenty of room for us, and it was beautiful and clean and well presented.

Some non-sweet options in breakfast would also be good - but overall food was good!
