Great location,well equipped apartment with all the little necessities like washing detergents,dishwasher tablets,oil,salt if you would like to cook,shower gel,shampoo.

Small lillte things could be improved.There could be 4 dining chairs at the table,the washing machine needs a service or replaced.

Large and beautiful appartment. There is sauna. Comfortable. There is also kitchen with essential equipments.

The light of the room is so dim.

Spacious flat in a new building with elevator. Always had hot water available and heaters to keep the flat warm. Washing machine and dishwasher in the flat. Spacious shower as well.

20-25 minute walk from center is not always easy, especially with the snow. Internet was often not working and when it would, it was quite slow. We found that the dishes had not been cleaned before our arrival. Missing kitchen equipment.

when we arrived at d address there was nobody there to Assist us. the instruction was to go to Bldg 3A which was 3 bldgs down from d address of their office. we were help less. The Guy from Add car who was kind enough to bring us to d address & didnt leave us until we found d place. If not for him we will be out in d cold looking for Bldg 3A. the apartment was cold d Heater was not working.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, has all that you have at home and more. Everything 8ncpuding pantry is stocked! Everything works like a charm. The person who helped us understand how to operate some of the gadgets was extremely helpful

I have given leas rating to the staff only because I thought the check in process and the initial complaints handling could be better. It was too much self service whi h can be an issue for someone new like me

I had a lot of luggage as I had been at a workshop for 7 days in Jyvaskyla. I came by bus which arrived in Rovaniemi at about 11 am. For a first timer in Rovaniemi it was a challenge to look for the apartment and walk hither and thither dragging luggage and waiting for 15.00 to get the key. Some personal contact and communication and allowing me to store my luggage somewhere while I waited for the apartment to be made ready would have been much appreciated. Otherwise I was ver happy with the apartment.thank you.

Minimalistic decor. Close to Candle Bridge.

Difficult to find the 35 B, very far from the 37...a good Pic of the building ( not aerial) would help. Some noise from construction near by,easily solved with earplugs.

Location; hot water boiler on kitchen counter; shower; covers on beds; microwave oven; two door entry into the apartment and secured key entry; we opened the blinds, curtains, and windows for sunlight and fresh air; sofa was comfortable; dishwashing cleaners were available to wash dishes both by hand and machine; other cleaning products available; and a broom and pan. We had an alright view of a neighboring building from our room, and we were near a museum, shopping center, park, and bus stop. I thought it was amusing how much light was still out at (23:00 hours) 11:00pm.

Freezer drawers, we were unable to pull open; clothes washer/dryer unable to read instructions and machine did not draw in water for washing clothes; sauna controls did not heat sauna, and I read the instruction sheet; were all things that didn't work. We were provided only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel for two people and we expected two of each towels. We did not have timely communication with messages to Kotimaailma Apartments, which made our situation frustrating. Our problems could have been easily remedied if response time were faster by Kotimaailma Apartments. I suggest assigning someone as an agent or contact person for guests to text or email, or call if that is their option. That person's responsibility is to monitor the incoming communication and respond within 15 minutes, or some set time. Doing this helps customers get their questions answered quickly. It would make your company stand up and get noticed as one who cares a lot for their customers and shows this through quick response times to customer service. The message service through Booking.com we used is antiquated, very slow, and untimely. It left me frustrated that we did not connect with someone about our concerns BEFORE checkout. A problem that was completely avoidable. Also, I think it would be helpful to leave directions in English on how to operate TV remote, washer/dryer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker; and how to properly recycle trash and where to take trash at the end of stay. Create an instruction manual and place it in the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with absolutely everything I needed! It was easy to find and just above a supermarket which was very handy. It was very central and close to the train station.

The property was big and spacious with most of the amenities. I also liked that they had a sauna which we used once during our two night stay. Its located well and is very cozy and i think its great value for money.

Many of the soaps , liquid shampoos were inadequate. No detergent was peovided for the Washing machine either.
