As a frequent traveler, I would not give this hotel more then 3 stars and definitely not refer to it as a resort. basic services were not available or cost extra: - most of the stuff didn’t speak English - the receptionist was available on a feel like basis - Beach chairs cost extra - no currency exchange - room charge was not acceptable and you had to pay for anything purchased in the restaurant - the pool wasn’t always clean - non guests went into the hotel which had a serious safety breach - no early check-in, even though I stayed for more then a week - never in my birthday traveling, which happens every year to a different resort, my birthday was ignored and no complimentary acknowledgment even - complimentary water ,to this hot area, were not available

The sitting/restaurant area and location is really beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Danilo was very serviceable and kind. He made us laugh and made our stay very pleasant. He provided excellent service and we would honestly come back because of that. It made a big difference.

The beds did not have enough linens. Pillows weren’t the most comfortable. No elevator to carry luggage upstairs.

Front desk o'k - but not too helpful with some of our questions. Never saw anyone checking pool's water for cleanliness - 3 out 4 of us got very ill; those who got ill used the pool a lot. Our son didn't get ill & was rarely in the pool - he was in the ocen mostly. We all ate at the same places & were very careful i.e. no ice, only bottled water, no fresh vegetables - so we are quite certain that we got this bacterial Gastrointestinal infection from your pool. We had to stay & pay for an extra day (as we could not travel). Also our room was never cleaned.

Great location on the beach, well kept/clean property, strong air conditioning, lots of hot water

though the location was great, overall the resort was less than expected. the rooms had no windows (small skylight) and the beds were quite soft. balcony’s are a shared hallway. Food was expensive and catered towards Americans.

Beautiful property, well laid out. Staff (especially in restaurant) were extremely friendly.

The beds!!! Felt like you were sleeping in a hammock. !! Both of us felt it too the next morning! For such a wonderful property the beds are something you would see I suspect in a hostel!

View and amenities are great

Shared balconies., I would prefer a private balcony.
