Quarto bem espaçoso. Infraestrutura do resort. Acesso direto à praia. Paisagismo do lugar.
Falta de café da manhã e de um restaurante. Poderia ter um espaço para preparar pequenas refeições.

Sin duda hacé falta un restaurante en el lugar, q hallan bebidas, q se pueda conseguir un buen desayuno ahí mismo y no tener q salir a buscar

No recomiendo este lugar. Súper irresponsables.
Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que no tenían la reserva registrada, que estaban llenos y no nos podían reducir. Una vergüenza, yo con toda mi familia después de viajar horas de horas, más de 300km, sin tener donde quedarnos. Poco profesional, Ni booking ni la empresa se hicieron responsables.

The location is perfect. It is has direct access to the
beach and it is in the main Jaco area but few
minutes away from all the noise and party area. It is
lot quieter. The staffs are nice and humble. There
are two pools which was great. I arrived during wet
season so there were not many p et people so I had
the entire place to myself for few days. The room
and bed was pretty big. There is a mini fridge and
a coffeemaker. in Costa Rica every place has a
coffee maker which was delightful cos I love coffee.
You can buy the coffee and filter paper anywhere.
You are only like 2-3 mins away from busy area so
can go down and can find restaurants and bars
or any kind of stores pretty much everywhere.
The housekeeping comes sometimes so early
maybe like 9-10 am. I am guessing it was
because there were not many people staying at
that time. I didn’t really mind it but some people
might not it like it considering they are on vacation.

Nothing, we run away and booked another hotel. The place is very run down, no guests, no breakfast available. The free surf lesson is not for everyone in the room, but only for 1 person and only 1hr 20min. The other people have to go and find their own boards! This is really NOT a surf camp!! Stay clear.
The beds are horrible, I could not get myself to go to sleep in there. The bed linen did not look or smell clean, blankets need a wash!!

never cleaned my room once. advertised bar and restaurant but there isn’t either. new ownership that doesn’t seem to realize you need to be involved and have good leadership, if you want your hotel to be successful. In my opinion, the new buyers bought an investment but have no real clue how to run a business.

I’ve been there several times and I’ve always enjoyed the location and the great atmosphere
Apparently there is a strike or something as there are few employees, no restaurant, no bar and no maintenance. We were told it was due to Covid but everything else is open? I contacted the hotel directly and hope for a comment and since I’ve gotten nothing, your viewers need to know. There is no atmosphere there now

The best hostel I have stayed in, in Costa Rica. Great pool, really good vibes and great for meeting people. The staff were great, it’s right on the beach. they have loads of surf boards to rent - beginner and expert. Just a great fun place to be. And comfy, quiet rooms

Our kids loved the big pool with the fountain & the surf lessons we received.
Rooms didn’t have a fridge, or coffee maker. Everything was definitely in need of a major renovation (pool deck crumbling, shower doors broke, etc.). The beach had broken tiles all over it, and garbage.

The staff members were super nice! Kept my child’s medicine in their fridge since there were none in the rooms! Breakfast buffer was really good, you have juices, milk, coffee, fruits, eggs, sausages ,pancakes etc.
Beachfront resort, so it’s awesome for walking, swimming or surfing on the beach!
Best thing of the hotel is the pool near the restaurant is awesome! Especially if you have children. The food in the restaurant is not expensive either and it’s good!
The rooms are falling apart, bed is not comfortable. AC is decent. Found a little innofensive lizard and cockroach in the room. Renovations would definately help since they have not been updated since the 70’s. I don’t mind that much but for 170$ CAD a night the rooms should be better!
