Just our unit doesn’t have good sunshine during daytime

My stay for 4 nights was disturbed by the noise of the street and the campers in front of the cabin who were loud with their music and showed no respect by reducing the volume of their music. I did ask to be in a cabin at the far end of the campsite to be in a quiet location and I was at the entrance near the road. I understand that perhaps it was not possible to locate one person in a cabin far away from the noise / road and main entrance but it was the down side of my stay. The cabin was really clean. Behind the fridge the cold air was coming , poor isolation which made the nights really freezing . Staff at reception was welcoming. Bright is a lovely town at this time of the year ( autumn)I really appreciated my hikes around brights and the National park. Stunning nature with terrific views.

Very friendly staff, rooms were very clean. Lots of outdoor activities for kids.

Single mattress slept uncomfortable

The Vila was very clean and spacious. I like the fact it was new and the bathrooms were amazing.

There was a lot of noise late at night from the neighbors.

location was great; walking distance to everything we needed. staff were lovely, park well maintained and cabin spotless on arrival.

worn out beds made sleep difficult. campers next to our cabin on 2 sides, one with a tv and music till after midnight each night and the other using a compressor for beds at midnight took the shine off. granted the place was chockers.

Nothing muchaybe a little.more maintenance on the play room other than that no complain

Our cabin is under a tall Maple tree, lots of beautiful red leaves at front door,love the view.

Room size is a bit small, not much space for your luggage.

Cottage clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to the town.

Bedrooms very small. Very hard to have luggage and move in the room.

Excellent location, easy checking in and out, heated pool and big jumping pillow to entertain young kids, clean and friendly staff.

Bed wasn't comfortable and old shower.

There was no breakfast. Nor was there any cabin toilet and bathroom facilities. This should have been disclosed to me prior to booking as I booked it in competition with motel units.

There was no toilet or bathroom in the cabin and this was only disclosed when I was given the key.
