Clean room,nice bathroom breakfast ok

We booked especially as it advertised an onsite restaurant however it is permanently closed,very remote location and no facilities nearby within walking distance

The property is very nice, host kind, but the best part is the garden. my almost 2 year old has enjoyed it very much.

Conveniently located, close to everything you'll want to visit in the south of Istria, in a calm area with a lot of green around. Keep in mind that you definitely need a car though as all good restaurants are at least 10-15 min driving. Breakfast was great, and the room was fine. Good value for money.

The room was very small, hard to find enough space to just open our suitcases. Even though it was all spotless and clean, if we didn't have the ventilator on for a while, there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The pool is quite small and even though there were only three rooms, the pool area was somehow often crowded.

Amazing location - Vodnjan is perfectly located and near all important places. Delicious breakfast, beautiful pool. Hosts are helpful and kind, cleaning rooms every day.

Actually, there is no thing that we don't like about this accommodation. I heard that other guests talking about no privacy (pool and garden is shared with all guests and there was also few parties/gatherings with people outside). We didn't experience something like that so I can't tell.

We loved Sandra and her husband! The place has almost everything af family with smaller chileren needs. Further more, she cooks a very nice dinner, Which We Got to taste. We Will most definetly come back. She and her husband helped us, when out car broke Down. They fixed a mechanic for us, and much more. More welcoming people is hard to find. Thank you for the stay.

I liked the big back yard and the infrastructure all together. Breakfast was ok, but I would prefer if it was more cautious towards COVID.

The owner shared too much with me when I came there, she complained about the prior guests and their dogs. You can see she is faking being nice. And at the end she charged me extra for my little dog and never said before about the cost for dog even though she knew we were bringing him.

Very nice property, room, garden and pool was great. Very clean and good maintained. Great location near all things in Istria. Breakfast was excellent and miss Sandra is very good host.

Room is too small for 2 adults and 2 children.

The accomodation itself was super. Great place, nice rooms, nice swimmingpool.

The host was not friendly, it felt like you were invading her home. The breakfast was terrible. We only got 4 slices of bread that tasted 4-5 days old with some cheese, ham, marmelade. When you are a bed & BREAKFAST, you expect good and extensive food, that was not the case unfortunately.
