We've stayed there in the middle of June. We've had sun from morning till in the early evening - every day a bit longer. The pool is bigger than we expected, we could dive and swim really good. Two bedrooms are in the second floor (both connected to the balcony), one bedroom is in the first floor, this one has two single beds (which could also be pushed together, so the house is also a good option for three couples). The bed was really comfy, we slept perfectly - also because we let the doors to the balcony open (there is a really good insect screen implemented), the night breeze was really nice and in the morning the sun rise is exactly in front of the house so sometimes I was woken up by the sun which was really lovely (as you can see in the picture, this was taken by me at 6:30 am and - of course - afterwards I slept on). The barbecue is really nice and also the big table at the veranda with this lovely view, we had a lot of barbecue, so it felt like home and holidays at the same time. The owners+staff are really friendly and are totally interested to make your stay the best possible. So thank you again for everything!!!

It was reeeeally perfect (as you can read above), the only, little, small thing is (and it's also a very personal thing, because it's surely also a matter of taste) that we didn't like the railing because it was metallic and feels kind of massive. The railing of the balcony in the second floor is glas so it's totally see-through. In the night we always sat there and watched the lights at sea and in the city far away. So we would prefer glass railing everywhere.

We really enjoyed our time at Aerial View Villas. The house was amazing, the outside area and the view even more so. Furnishing was lovely and everything was very clean. There was a housekeeper coming by everyday and the managing team was great at dealing with any requests/issues, even giving us a parting gift of goods from the island on our last day! Overall the location was good, plenty of restaurants around with beaches a short drive away. However, we enjoyed the villa so much that we preferred spending most of our time there than exploring Zante. It was a great end to our Greek holiday and we are looking forward to come here again.

- modern villa with various facilities; well equipped with everything you might need - super clean; a cleaner came by everyday, which was really helpful - the pool and the outside area is amazing; we enjoyed it a lot, especially at night - the fact that there is a bathroom for every bedroom - the hosts were super nice - the view is awesome

Great location with a beautiful view on the island and see. Excellent hospitality of Timos, wha was always ready to quickly help or assist with any requests we had. Perfect service and care for the villa and pool (daily cleaning). I would highly recommend this acommodation for families they prefer staying away from touristic resorts and enjoying authentic greek holidays.
