Good location

Wifi didn’t work, Street light very bright overnight

The location and facilities were excellent as per the description when we booked

No toiletries. Bedrooms smelt like damp, 3, guests and only 2 towels were provided and they were like sandpaper. The location is not really near anything, and down a tiny road with nowhere nearby to park. The host didn't message us at all from the time we booked a few months prior to confirm any information, when we messaged to ask some questions the day we arrived, it took over 24 hours before they replied. No checkout instructions.

Absolutely nothing

Beware before booking it - rooms look much brighter, bigger and cleaner then they are in reality. Shower runs out of hot water after a couple of minutes and a shelf was broken. But these are just very minor things that concerned me during our stay. When we arrived at the property, everything looked rather ok and recently cleaned (perhaps that is why all the windows were opened). There was a light fishy smell in the kitchen but we did not pay much attention. We left the property and closed the windows to prevent cooling of the apartment. When we came back the fishy smell was so strong that we couldn’t stay inside - it was hardly bearable even with all the windows wide open (which wasn’t an option cause my girlfriend was sick). I immediately contacted booking.com and texted our host requesting to fix the problem and change our accommodation for at least one day because a human being absolutely could not sleep in that apartment. To my disappointment the host was nor helpful not polite, only offered that they will “try to get the cleaning service tomorrow” and in the end stopped replying to messages at all - not even mentioning that, as booking.com claims, they were denying the problem and of course refusing to refund. We were forced to urgently find another accommodation and in the end of the day pay double price for our stay.

Fantastic location. Minutes from train and bus station and the marina. Easy to get everywhere.

Nothing - everything was great.
