the breakfast was outstanding and the welcome tea and scones upon arrival were an extra treat.

It was clean .And friendly staff.
I think it cost me a little bit too much without the breakfast. And we had toilet on the corridor.

Beautiful room and comfy beds
I have never stayed in a B&B where the breakfast wasn't included.I was surprised at paying £140 euro for one night in a triple room and being asked to pay extra for breakfast.We were promised tea and toast the next morning which we did not get.

Very clean, comfortable bed, hostess Ann was very nice.
We had to coordinate shower times with our next door neighbor because the hot water would not work on the two different bathrooms at the same time. Also the shower drain as backed up, and the walls between rooms were thin and we could hear our neighbors.

The room was a bit small and we were on the back side of the house, which was probably better for noise since the front of the house is on a main highway. Our hostess was welcoming and the breakfast was very good with fresh eggs served from chickens in the back.
The driveway was scaring to exit onto the main road.

The room was lovely and sunny. very clean and comfortable beds.
There was no common area to sit. There was a lounge but the door was locked. There was definately not enough tea,coffee and sugars and milk. I kept on having to ask. This was irritating to knock at the hostesses door all the time.
