the staff is very nice and ready to make my stay at the hotel more comfortable. and the place is nice and clean and the view of the beach and the sunrise is beautiful.

The view and it was modern
there was no air conditioning in the day time only from 9 pm to 7 am ! it’s was not mention in the site and I found out when I check in !

I love the view. The place itself is nice and clean.
I didn't like the road leading to the hotel. There was no AC and no electricity and no hot water in the bedrooms during the day. In the morning at
5 am there's this loud noise on the roof that disturb your sleep, I think it's some kind of birds playing with something but this noise is very loud

I think the breakfast was good. Staff was attentive, courteous, and helpful. I enjoy the quietness and the privacy where if I did not want someone to come see if they will not have access. Felt safe
Overall I enjoy the suite and would definitely stay there and plan on recommending to friends and family.
The room needs a microwave; if a person want to heat up their meal once it get cold or if they order food.
They need to work on customers having access to the TV more, could not watch tv at all.
Could definitely use a pool.

the located is awesome, nice ocean vue very quiet and relaxing, the staff is very friendly as responsive..
The bed aren’t good, like the whole interior of the apt needs to be renovated especially the bathrooms ASAP! there are molds and rusty toilet , rusty sink, grout in the shower looks nasty..

Nothing, the hotel is a scam
We booked 2 rooms with 4 separate beds. When we arrived there were only 2 beds. The staff said they threw away the 2 sofas as they were old. They didn't offer us any solution and we had to pay for another room! Worst experience in years. Hotel ignores emails to solve the problem.

Tv limited to 2 channels and often unavailable Minimal battery power most of the time for 3 lights and a fan.
Power available after 8 pm.
