Lovely location, private, safe and quiet!

Great location and ease of check in. Spotless clean . Suited a two night stay for us.
More pillows and bed hard but we love interiors.

The location to the central activities, restaurants shops and train and ferry terminals was perfect.
The room was very well presented and while it is a smaller room, the old world atmosphere of the stone work made it a worthwhile place to stay. The central courtyard was a great place to enjoy breakfast too.
The host was very welcoming and very accommodating, allowing for a late check out due to our transport timings
Beware that google maps might take you on a wild goose chase to get there. The property is in a quaint alleyway and google doesn't recognise some of the alleyways in the area.

Vera met us to hand us the keys and spoke to us about the area. Able to answer any questions we had. We were sent map directions to find the property as well, very good communication eve at 11pm. Thank you

extremely comfortable, clean & quiet location. hosts were very accommodating & available to help.
we loved everything, but utensils & a pan to utilise the facilities were missing. Extra pillows would also have been good for us personally.

Great location in a cute, quiet side street, just 5mins walk from the old town. 8min walk from Flixbus stop. 2min walk to small grocery store. Beautiful and very clean, just like the photos. Lovely host who was very quick and responsive, even at night when I had a question (pans/cutlery located in cupboard under window). Wonderful convenient stay.
Note: cash only on arrival (not a problem, just something to be aware of - it is written in the terms on BC, but is hard to find). Bed was a bit firm for my liking, but it's just personal preference. Everything else perfect.

really friendly and helpful host who met us on site, allowed us to store our luggage while we waited for the room, and we’re on hand with any questions throughout our stay - really great!

Friendly staff that where always helpful and fast to react upon every request. The apartment where very clean and we liked the atmosphere of the place. The apartment where located in a nice quiet area in an old building just a few minutes walk away from the old town.
There where a few minor issues like the safety box that didn’t work at first, but the owner fixed it, so only got to use it the last days of our stay. The bathroom door is quite heavy, but again the owner tried to fix it as much as where possible at that time, the main shower-head where broken and we found the bed a tad to hard for our liking. Besides that everything else where perfect.

Perfect location. The apartment has everything you need, even for a long stay. Attentive staff, always available and concern in make our stay pleasant.
One suggestion, put film windows to ensure more privacy.

Studio in the center of Split but in a quite neighbourhood. The studio is quite small but everything you need is there.
10 Points for the cleaning lady, the studio was very tidy and neat upon arrival.
It would be nice if there would be some tea and coffee upon arrival.
