Big room, complementary airport transfer, tasty breakfast

Dated and especially the bathrooms. Pool was not clean. Buffet dinner was poor

Apart from the front desk most staff were not very friendly Restaurant is not very inviting and the food is not great !

The staff need training , in a hot weather country like Ghana you expect the client at least the air conditioning on to cool the room a bit before your arrival. The room was stuffy and hot , the refrigerator was off and actually was not working order . They kept apologizing which was even more annoying . The cleanliness was just ok. I had a guy who had a driver tag at the reception did not know what he was doing and kept whispering to another colleague at the front desk. This hotel is going downhill and will not recommend this terrible service today the least.

Fantastic location and amenities. The only problem is the Gym is out of use, but a fabulous pool. Staff were so attentive. Restaurants very good, exceptional breakfast and room service also available for a very small fee. Will definitely stay again

Staff very efficient and friendly, also loved the breakfast. Location good for meetings. Air conditioning really good on rooms. Will come here again.
