We were offered another apartment next day as soon as we asked to change the apartment because of the sofa which didn't unfold. Second apartment was very comfortable and clean. Location is in the very city centre close to the shopping street, restaurants and only 15 min walk to the sea.

The first night was not comfortable because for 3 friends we have got a double bed and sofa which didn't unfold. There were only two sets of towels available for 3 registered guests and shower holder was semi-broken. So we had to ask to change the apartment. The second apartment didn't have any issues and was bigger in size so ;ore convenient for 3 guests.

Todo ha estado genial, Julio el chico que nos atendió estuvo atento en todo momento, muy servicial y amable. Recomiendo muchisimo este apartamento tanto por el buen trato del personal, como por ubicación, ya que se encuentra en pleno centro y está todo a mano. El apartamento estaba muy bien también con una amplia terraza (una pena no haberla podido aprovechar ya que solo estuvimos un dia), cama y almohadas super cómodas. Sin duda recomendable 100%, volveremos sin dudarlo.

Lo único que no me ha gustado es el poco tiempo que hemos podido estar jajaja

La ubicación y la terraza

La luz de encima de la cama no funcionaba, a la ducha le faltaba una puerta y el apartamento no tenía mando de la televisión, por lo que no podíamos cambiar de canal. Además, nos pusimos en contacto con el encargado para que nos proporcionara un mando y nos comunicase donde se encontraban los cubiertos del apartamento y éste nos contestó cuando nuestra estancia ya había terminado.

Óscar un estupendo anfitrión, muy atento en todo momento y muy agradable. El apartamento que eliges es exactamente igual al de la foto, las camas súper cómodas, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, el complejo de apartamentos muy silencioso, no oímos ni un ruido en nuestra estancia durante los 4 días que estuvimos alojados, está en el centro de málaga pero en una calle muy tranquila, cerca de bares, tiendas, restaurantes..etc.

Nuestra experiencia con el ascensor para bajar el coche al parking, la plaza de parking es grande pero la maniobra para meter y sacar el coche del ascensor es un poco complicada, para quienes no estamos acostumbrados a este tipo de ascensores. Por supuesto Óscar nos ayudó, y muy amablemente nos facilitó otro parking con un acceso más fácil.

The pool was easily accesable and the key pick up process was very simple. The Host made sure we were comfertable and content before leaving us.

The pool didnt have much shade unfortunately, so on hot hot days you would most likely feel more uncomfertable on the roof pool than you would in your room

Private and comfortable. Aircon was fantastic. Location was great. Storage and space in room.

Swimming pool was a little dirty. Towels didn’t get changed but they did have a washing machine so we just washed them.

Location in historic centre if excellent with easy walking distance to the main attractions and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, has aircon in the living room. The roof terrace is a beautiful sun trap looking over the surrounding rooftops with sunbeds and a splash pool to cool off in (which is actually quite warm as it's heated by the sun). The caretaker/host was very helpful and easy to contact.

There is no aircon in the bedroom so it gets hot and stuffy. The aircon leaked significantly (needing towels and a bowl to catch the water). The corners of the apartment could do with cleaning (skirting board and under bed for example) but overall clean and the towels and bedding was clean. The kitchen, bathroom and paintwork felt tired, it doesn't look quite as new and shiny as photos. The wifi drops out a lot. The terrace is overlooked and not very private which is difficult to appreciate in the listing photos. There is no view from apartment (overlooks the inner courtyard of the apartment block). Be aware the photos are likely taken with wide angle lens; the pool in particular is only a splash pool rather than a swimming pool (my estimated measurements of 5ft deep, about 12ft long, 7ft wide) but it is lovely on the roof terrace.

Cozy, good size room, modern, clean, comfortable and central location in a quiet street. Bed extremely comfortable. Coffee pods (Dolce Gusto machine) in the room and a couple of smalls water bottles in the fridge when we arrived. There was air conditioning in the room but we did not use it. Washing machine, cloths rack and iron with ironing board in the room. Very spacious toilet with lovely furniture and lighting, great shower too. The studio was nicely decorated, mostly in white and light tones. Very relaxing and lighful. Outstanding, helpful costumer service. We forgot a jacket on our last day and the staff immediately helped us to get it back. We will be coming back to these apartments on our future trips to Malaga.

Check in from 3pm ( bit late compared tot he average check in). All balconies/rooms face to an interior big patio used by the guests to enter the apartments, you can hear other guests when the windows are open, but nothing too loud and much better than the noise you get in apartments facing pedestrian streets. Guests were respectful/silent, broad range age. Family or solo/couple trip oriented. Did not see any hair dryer in the room (not essential but common these days in most places). Swimming poole is quite small so if a family with kids is using it, there isn't much space for other guests, however not an issue, La Malagueta beach is only about 15 to 20min walking across the beautiful city centre. Overall is a great place to spend a few days, very cozy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

nothing much to dislike to be honest. maybe the provision of a tea towel so we could dry the dishes, but that’s about it. second key would have been nice but wasn’t a big deal.

Thank god for the pool and location! Located in the heart of the Malaga city center, nearby shops, museums, restaurants and a 20 minute walk form Malagueta Beach. The bed on the other hand was small and uncomfortable as was the sofa bed (not so small but uncomfortable aswell). The only bedding that was available was a thin sheet, no duvet or plaid, ... to snuggle up under. We were literaly racked after a week of sleeping here (sore back, neck, ...).

We were drawn to this apartment due to the excellent reviews and overall score (9.3!) but the reality couldn't be further from the truth. All most everything about this apartment was substandard. Apart from the general lack of style there were a lot of things we were unhappy about. First of all the accomodation was advertised to be an apartment with balcony, the pictures that accompanied the advertisement were pictures of spacious rooms with terraces and balconies ( non of them were of the actual studio/room). In reality we got a (not properly cleaned) small studio (room) with a balcony you could barely stand on (+/- 40 cm wide), let alone sit on. This supposed balcony was absolutely no added value. Apart from the missing balcony, the over all apartment interior was very badly executed... the paint job was done terribly (some parts of the wall were not painted, other items were just painted on), the bathroom tiles were scribbled on with permanent marker, the shower entry was very narrow, however there was an iron but no ironing board. Except form a high column closet (+/- 40 cm wide) there was no additional cabinet space to put you clothing items, suitcase, ... away. A light bulb in the lamp on the nightstand was missing, the towel rail next to the bathroom vanity was loose, holes were drilled into the bathroom tiles for no specific reason (and weren't repaired), there was no ventilation in the bathroom, the WiFi connection was really bad and most of the time non-existant, ... . I could go on for a while but I think you get the picture... . To top all of this off... this apartment was non refundable so if we would have cancelled it, we would have lost all of our money (we contacted the host to look for a solution but he just replied there was nothing else available). So we stayed... .

Great location, clean, lovely terrace and pool

The location was superb, right on the edge of the historic centre, close to all the restaurants and tapas bars and close to the railway station and a taxi rank. The swimming pool on the top floor was a wonderful luxury at the end of a long day of exploring Malaga. The apartment was clean and the bed/matteress was really comfortable. Facilities were available for making coffee, a fridge, hob, kettle and a washing machine (that was unfortunately broken). Wifi was good. The apartment was also quite quiet which was nice considering it was in the middle of the city.

Unfortunately, there was a smell of sewage in the apartment. We eventually traced this to the washing machine that was broken and could not drain so full of sewage like water. This is easily remedied but not in the time that we were staying there. There was also a smell of sewage in the bathroom but we could not trace the source here. 2 small bottles of water were left in the fridge which was nice and 5 coffee pods for the coffee machine. As there were 2 of us for 3 nights - I felt that they really could have left 6 coffee pods! It was kind to have left anything but perhaps a bit more thought needed.
