tenho que realçar a simpatia de todo o staff, destaque para a Noémia e a para o Edmilson

acho que há muitas coisas que se podem fazer para tornar o hotel mais hotel, por exemplo calafetar as janelas dos quartos, mudar urgentemente de almofadas para que o sono seja revigorante sem ter um tijolo debaixo da cabeça entre outras melhorias que iam com certeza melhorar a qualidade de vida dos hospedes

L’emplacement en plein centre est idéal, et le personnel d'accueil est charmant. Buffet du petit-dej avec beaucoup de choix, surtout en gâteaux!! Mais heureusement il y avait aussi de la cachupa!

Certains équipement sont vetustes et/ou cassés, en particulier dans les salles de bains (porte-serviette cassé, robinet qui fuit, carreaux cassés...). La télé ne fonctionnait pas.

Excellent location -- on the Marine area, yet away from the Main road separated by a park. Perfect for the Carnival watching -- it passes from the street on which it is situated. They have a good restaurant and, since its near the centre there are plenty of choices.

That when you arrive the first day, there is no complimentary water to drink. Especially, if you arrive late in the evening. Its inconvenient to go looking for drinking water. and they sell it three times the price of the market.

AC and TV in our room did not work, show head was broken and could not be attached to the wall. Staff speak only Portugese

the room was right on top of a restaurant so it smelled like burnt food, impossible to keep the window open. we found 3/4 small cockroaches in the room and the floor was not very clean. way too expensive for what you get, at the same price you can get a nicer room somwhere else.
