Buffet breakfast was great, staff was very warm and helpful. Location wasn't far away from the city.

No elevator, that should be mentioned in the hotel's description. No sound isolation whatsoever, we could hear all the noise coming from down the lobby. Having that much noise from the lobby at 1am wasn't acceptable at all.

Inform ahead of time if you do not allow guests to visit you in room and that you charge 140 bo for guests. The only reason I did not stay a week

Friendly and helpful staff In particular front of house, who tried their best to help me when I lost my phone.

My room was like a cell - soulless and no windows and my sleep was interrupted by other guests on each of my 4 nights. Night one by a couple arguing for an hour at 3.30 .4.30. Night 2 by new guests arriving who actually burst into my room at 3.30. Night 3 by noisy conversation and night 4 by the couple next door going at it hammer and tongs. It took me 3 days to realise that the water was not constantly cold but took literally 5 minutes of wasting water before the hot water ran through. The breakfast was the usual sickly stodge, apart from the egg. My coffee was full of dregs and it ran out, as did the milk. On one day I ordered a soup for lunch from a set menu but after waiting over half an hour I had to abandon it for my meeting.
